If you have ideas go ahead and message me them or comment them I'm all for you guys helping me out. So I'll post a little as I write it. My updates may be pages or sentences it depends on how much writing time I get. The point of views aren't very long sorry. I'm writing it out on paper first so it's longer but in text it gets smaller so sorry if its too short.

Introduction

What are you supposed to do when your life goes to crap? I guess everybody would have a different way of dealing with it. My way was to start over. I decided to move away from it all across the country hoping to never have my old life resurfaced. Who would've thought that a seventeen year old girl would move that far away. But thats what I did. Me, Mckayla Rose Jackson.

Mckayla

Well that would be everything I guess I'm really going to do it. Somerset, Kentucky here I come. Standing in the driveway with all of my things packed into my truck. I decide to take one last look around my moms house. Its going to be hard never seeing my mom again. Well at least until I finish high school. Getting back into my truck I'm grateful my mom is at work today.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" I mutter to myself.

I turn the key knowing that if I leave coming back is not an option. Black Veil Brides 'Rebel Love Song' comes on so I turn it up and begin my journey from LA to Somerset. Moving in with my dad was not something I was looking forward to doing. But there was always the endless reminder. So now armed with my stuff, truck, and cell phone I move to a whole new world for me. Animals. Horses, cows, and pigs. Ugh. Just thinking about all things I'll be needing to do while at my dads. New experiences will broaden my horizon. It won't kill me. Knowing that I'll have to stop for gas and at a hotel somewhere I plug my phone in and settle in for a long ride. Trying to get as far along as I can I choose to take mostly free ways. With my radio to occupy my time I turn it up and focus my attention on the road.

"Can I help you?" The hotel secretary asked.

Yawning I said, "Umm yes I need a room for the night please."

She tapped some things into her computer, "Well we have a queen available for the night. Will that be alright?"

Looking at the clock over her shoulder I noticed it was almost midnight. "Yes that would be great thanks. Please put it under Mckayla Jackson."

After filling out some paperwork she finally handed me my room key and I made my way there. AS soon as I got into bed and my head hit the pillow I crashed. Six hours and two cups of coffee later I'm back on the road to Somerset. Knowing I have to stop once to get gas again my estimated time is four more hours until I reach my dads. With all that time to go while I get gas i call my dad.

"Hello?" Considering its really early he sounds awfully wide awake.

"Hey dad its Mckayla. I should be there in about three hour."

He curses, "I'm sorry Mckayla I forgot you were coming today. Umm maybe I could get Christian to come and let you in."

"Dad how in the hell could you forget. The only child you have is coming to live with you and you forgot!" I was so pissed off.

My dad took a deep breath and said, "I'll have Christian come out. I should be home around two. Good bye Mckayla." He hung up.

I couldn't believe it. Whatever. Maybe not talking to your kid in forever makes them forgettable. The reason doesn't matter but I need to figure out who this Christian character is. At least its better than sitting outside the house waiting for my dad to remember I'm coming to live with him today.
