I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock and the rays of the sun illuminates the room. I sit up and rub my eyes, stretching my muscles out. I lay back down, sleep still getting the best of me but I force myself out of the bed. I went into the bathroom and started stripping myself from my pajamas, went in the shower and started soaping myself with my favorite liquid soap. I soon washed the soap off my body and grabbed some shampoo and massaged my head.
As soon as I finished, I wash it all off and got out of the shower, wrapping a towel around my body and drying myself off. I walk out of the bathroom and was welcomed by the cold air of my room. A shiver ran up my spine as I started to walk towards my closet. After contemplating on which ones I'll wear, I got it all out and grabbed some of my undergarments. I wear them all and I decided on wearing my gray joggers and a plain black t-shirt.
I look at the mirror and see a pair of gray-blue eyes staring back at me. I look at myself again and did my hair. I placed it in a French braid and gave it a little volume. I brush the end before finishing my braid. I walk towards my desk to prepare my school stuff and after I was done, I walked out and headed downstairs. Walking towards the kitchen, I heard laughter. I smile, knowing my parents were giving each other lovey-dovey kind of eyes.
Entering the kitchen, I kissed both my parents a good morning and my brother came in, looking like he just came out of the bed; his eyes droopy and his disheveled hair. I laughed at him and he glared at me.
"Morning kids," Mom greeted us and we did the same.
I heard a groan come out of my brother's mouth and I laughed at him, "what's wrong with you?"
"My head's pounding," Beck replied.
"Why?"
"Didn't get much sleep last night."
I frowned, knowing I was the cause that he was deprived from sleep. He shook his head at me saying that it wasn't my fault. I look down and thought otherwise, the frown never leaving my face. My mom placed a plate of bacon and toast in front of me and I dived right in. Beck got his share and we all ate in silence. As soon as I finished my breakfast, I placed my plate in the sink, thanking my mom for the breakfast. Beck finishes up and does the same. We grabbed our bags and headed outside, towards the car, yelling a goodbye and I love you to both our parents. We slid in the car and Beck started the engine. He pulled out of the drive way and headed towards the direction of our school.
Upon minutes of arrival at school, everyone was animatedly talking. Of what, I don't know. I headed towards my locker and I placed the code in. Grabbing my textbooks, I went towards the direction of my first class. Arriving at the classroom, I noticed I was one of the few people who were first to get to this class; Adam being one of them. I keep my head down as I walk down the aisle to where my seat was.
Opening my textbook, I began to read. More students come piling in as the bell finally rings. Mrs. Lana starts her lecture and we all take notes as she writes on the board. She continues blabbering about Physics and Chemistry.
Sooner or later, the bell rings and everybody packs up their stuff and headed out of the classroom. I wait as everyone leaves and do the same. I walk out with my bag in hand.
"BOO!" Someone creeps up behind me and I let out a small scream.
I turn around to see Adam; who was laughing his ass off. I looked at him with a disapproving glare and he just continues laughing.
