Frost's Halloween costume

I finally got it, only two days before! (Yeah, I'm kinda that person on Halloween XD)

So, I need opinions. Superior elders believes that it looks better without the cloak (Middle and right pictures), but I'm not really sure. I reasoned that I could take it off if I wanted, but not really sure. Last year I kinda did the same thing but with blue. 

...I'm a strange human being.

Well, I'd like to hear anyone's thoughts, and I think it'd be cool if anyone who wants to would also show their costume - on or just laid out. I'm really curious to see!

As for the adoptables, I've only finished half of them, so they're going to be a little late. Looking okay so far though!
