It's 1 a.m. in the morning and I am still restless and couldn't find sleep. I decided to take a quick shower and gear up to my exercise outfit.
Maybe if I am tired enough, I will certainly can take a few hours of nap. The air is breezy. I can only hear the sounds of the cricket. There are a few military patrols going in and out of the compound for perimeter checks.
I started my routine with stretching and push ups to a more extensive training before I go for a run in the camp military oval. I run a few lapses before I decided to go back home.
At the front lawn, I reached for my house keys when I was abruptly dragged in the dark alley by 2 strangers in black suits. I have struggled to entangle their hold but to no avail. I was surprised from behind.
Before I knew it, another person put a cloth to cover my nose and mouth. Sure enough, it is chloroform. After a few minutes of inhalation, my abductors loosen their grip. I nearly stumble to the rough ground if I hadn't grip the railings of what I believe was a stair. My eyes become blurry. I tried to regain consciousness, continuously punching in thin air. I punched one more time, I smirk when I saw one of my captor's nose bleeding and cursing before I lost my consciousness.
