At school everyone was staring at me and giving me weird looks. I don't know if it was about me being pregnant, me and James breaking up, or both.

"Hey did you hear?" Hannah asked.

"hear what?"I asked.

"James and Marie are dating." Hannah said.

"Wait, Marie Cummings, the girl who thinks she's better and smarter than everyone?" I asked with a angry look.

"Yeah." Hannah said who was probably thinking she should have kept her mouth close.

"There's no way, he knows that I don't like her!" I yelled high pitched.

"yeah, so when did you and James break up?" Hannah asked

"I guess yesterday since I told him what happened."

"okay, oh hey look its James and it looks like he's coming over." said Hannah in a nervous tone. After she said that she left.

"oh, no." I said with a worried look.

"hey, we need to talk." said james

"okay."I said.

"So, I heard that you and marie are now dating." I said.

"um, yeah, we started dating today."

"oh.." I said sadly.

"Yeah."

"So, um, what do we need to talk about?" James asked.

"About the baby." I said.

" yeah, but can we talk about it at your house maybe this Saturday?" James asked with a weird look on his face.

I knew why.. he doesn't want people to over hear and know that he's the baby's daddy.

"Yeah, sure." I said.

"Okay, bye." said James while he walked away.

Deep down I know that James still liked me by his smile and the way he acted. Out of the blue Hannah walked up and asked what James had to say. I told her nothing and walked away to second period.
