First day of school ~ Preparation

I look into my bathroom mirror, noticing my teeth are not white enough.
I begin to run the water and grab my toothbrush as I go through my To-do list.
Backpack? Check
Proper clothes? Check
Fresh mouth?
I look into my mirror and spit out the minty toothpaste and rinse both the toothbrush and my mouth.
I look into my mirror once again, after I'm sure all the toothpaste is gone.
Fresh mouth? Hell yeah

I walk out of my bathroom and over to my room, in an almost relaxed stroll. In having my cat, my room was constantly impeded by my cat's laziness and favoritism towards my lumpy bed.
"Get out of my bed!" I yell at my motionless cat.
"Meow"
"Ugh! To hell with you!" I hollered at her.
I grab my cat by her tummy and hold her close, but soon break the peace by tossing her out my door.
She leaps out of my hands as I drop her out and casually continues on to another sleeping spot.
So annoying. So lazy!
After evicting my cat, I begin my descent out of my house.
Maybe not an actual descent but you know what I mean.
I begin by grabbing my bag and putting my arm through each of the holes designated for my arms. It clings on my back and hangs from my shoulder. I tighten the straps so it doesn't stress my shoulders too much. Plus it looks more stylish.
I forget I was gonna wear my jacket so I have to take off my back pack.
Idiot
I slip on my blank letterman I bought during the summer. It's maroon and black even though the school colors are black and gold.
I then proceed to put my backpack back on and look around my small room. There's clothes thrown around the room and random trash scattered about.
What a mess
I look once more in the mirror before I leave for the bus.
