"What are you ladies doing here?"
We both jumped, startled by the stranger's deep voice. I turned around. OK, why the hell is a cop here. 'Um, just going for a hike, you know, exercise." I said nervously. The cop raised his eyes brows and said,"Aren't you two suppose to be in scho-" "We had the day off today!" Kat bursted out. I saw suspicion in his eyes. "Well then, just be aware of your surroundings. All sorts of animals out here." I let out a breath of relief as he walked away. Kat grabbed my hand again. "Come on, let's go!" We skipped through the forest, giggling and watching the little animals run around. "Close your eyes." Kat said, still grasping my hand. I trusted her and shut my eyes and kept walking with her.
I jumped when Kat said,"Open!" I felt her let go of my hand and I looked up. There was a huge field full of tall grass and all sorts of flowers. I saw Kat skipping through it, running her long fingers along the wet dew, picking a flower and putting it in her hair. I stared in amazement. Kat looked ever more stunning in the flowers. I saw her stop and run toward me. "Well come on!" She exclaimed, grabbing my hand once again. I ran into the field, feeling fresh and free. We both fell on the ground, letting our hair fall on the ground. I felt something on my ear and looked over. Kat had put a flower in my hair and smiled at me. "It's so beautiful out here, don't you think?" She says with a gorgeous smile. "Yea, it really is." Just seeing her laying there made my heart beat faster. I had never had a feeling like this before with anyone, and it felt amazing.
-Kat's POV-
Megan made my heart flutter. I had always had over the top feelings about people, but never like this. Something about her was so much more different then anything else I have ever experienced. "Hey Megan?" I said, turning to face her gorgeous smile. "Yea?" She replied. "Are you Bi too?" I said, staring into her eyes. I saw confusion when she crinkled her brows. "Um, well, I never thought I was, but you are just, I mean, you make me feel different, like, I can't explain this feeling." I felt my breathe be slightly taken away. I didn't know what to say. I just was laying there, staring at her perfection. "Kat? You there?" Megan said, getting up on her knees. Say something you idiot. I got up as well and said," Yea, I-I'm fine. What you said, just, wow." I was getting so tempted to just kiss her. I got a dirty thought and just looking at her turned me on. "I'm kind of hungry, do you wanna go get something?" I said, standing fully up. "Yes please, I'm starving." We both laughed and grasped hands again, skipping away, talking and giggling about non-sense.
She has got to be the one.
