Trey’s P.O.V

“I am Vladimir Vamose, Keyshia’s- Miss Ceil’s fiancé.” FIANCE. She didn’t tell me she was getting married, fuck she is going out with me!

“Your joking right, as if Keysh would ever choose a prick like you.” I said with a teasing tone. He smirked back “Oh she didn’t choose me” I knew it. “Her mother did.” Her…mother

“What’s going on?” Two people I’ve never seen before and Keyshia’s mom Sarah came out of the dining room.

“Miss Ceil is it true? Did you arrange a marriage for Keyshia and him?” I asked saying ‘him’ with disgust. “Yes it’s true, it was a bad bad mistake and I do regret it but I can’t change it now. She has to.” She replied.

I can’t believe this the day I finally get Keyshia to go out with me she gets a fiancé why did they have to come know why not in 10 years’ time when we could be married with maybe one or two kids.

Keyshia’s P.O.V

After my mom told Trey that I have to marry Vladimir, he seemed to have spaced out.

“Well, we should go, come, Vlad, Keyshia.” Derek said “Wait, were leaving now?” I asked

“Yes we have to go now we live a few towns away.” Brenda chimed in.

“Can’t I have till tomorrow? I want to say goodbye to everyone properly and I need to pack.” I pleaded. “Well, I guess it is quite rushed, we will stay at a hotel for tonight and you may go to school tomorrow, but we will be coming back at 6pm and don’t think about running away because then your mother will get sued and we can still track you down like we did today.” Derek replied all smug. Just as he said that Bosco my Rottweiler ran down the stairs barking at the Vamoses. They all looked frightened and made some excuse; they all but ran out the front door.

“Well, I’m still confused, your going to marry that guy and live far away?” Trey asked. “It seems so, since my ‘mother’ decided to plan my entire life without telling me.” I replied looking at my mother, she looked so guilty I knew I wouldn’t be able to stay mad at her.

“Okay… Trey I don’t think we can go on that date.” I said trying to clear the awkward silence. “What why not? You know you don’t have to marry him- wait what did that guy mean ‘I could sue you’?” Trey asked. “He meant, my mom got 2 million from them and signed a contract so I have to marry him or my mom will get sued and as much as I am pissed at her I can’t let that happen.”

“So you’re really going to marry him?” He asked looking like a kid who just got told Santa isn’t real. “I have to, I hate this, I really like you why did they come now.”

Trey chuckled “I was thinking the same thing, but anyway we should probably call Michelle it’s the last time we will get to see you and we need to help you pack.”

After calling Michelle to come over, explaining everything and having a big emotional sloppy meltdown, we finally got to the packing. I was taking everything that means anything to me, not clothes since Mrs Vamose called saying she had clothes for me, but I’m still going to take my favourite outfits.

                                                                            “Okay check list:

·         Favourite heels, check

·         Favourite outfits, check

·         Albums of all of us, check

·         Both of my phones, check

·         Bosco’s toy’s and water bowl, check

·         Bosco’s lead, check.”

“Okay, it’s one thing for you to be leaving, but Bosco too I’m going to miss him!” Michelle whined. “Nice to know you’re going to miss me too.”

Michelle stopped pampering Bosco and jumped on me screaming for me to not go, change my name and all other bullshit. “I have to go, you guys are staying tonight right?” I asked.

“Hell yeah!” They both shouted at the same time. Once I put my bag in the corner I got ready for bed but couldn’t sleep, thinking about having to marry that guy, he seems so weird, but mysterious. Such a cliché thing had to happen to me. God hates me!
