Chapter 1-The Quiet Before The Storm

"Shut Up!" Said Chelsy shoving me away making me hit my side on the table."Give me back my phone!" I screamed at her, my side still throbbing. "I know you like Josh!" Taunted Chelsy, "No I Don't!" Partly Blushing. I jumped onto Chelsy on the bed, "This Is Mine!" I said as I yanked it out of her hand.

I know she is a horrible friend, but She's the only one who would come within five feet of me.I was always lonely, no-one to care, no-one to try to help; nothing.I once meet someone I loved, but like every failed love story, it ended. For a prettier girl, more perfect, that's when I knew I would never succeed at anything.

"I know you like Josh! Just admit it!" Said Chelsy under me after I tackled her on the bed."Fine I Do!"I said blushing turning me cheeks a hazy hot red."I'm going to tell!" Said Chelsy. "No!" "Yes" No!" Went back and forth until I yelled at her "NO!" In A serious tone.

"Fine, it will be my dirty secret, anyway Shouldn't you go home to your druggie family?" Said Chelsy in a playful tone. "It doesnt matter your family is worse than mine.."I mumble. "What ever, see you at school tomorrow mate" She said as I got up and went to the door. I turned around to see her on her bed smiling, "Go" she said as I closed to door.

I used to be a someone, I had friends, caring people and a actual family; until It feel apart. My friends disappeared, people who cared turned to people who disgust seeing me and my family is gone; On a drug rollercoaster, but this one is never ending.

I live about three blocks from Chelsy's, It's not a nice neighborhood. Shootings,Gangs,homicide , and many robberies. This doesn't happen to me because I'm from around here. I'm Known as "Krack Kid, KK" It's not a great name but It is the most reasonable name for a girl who is in a crack head family.My family has been doing hell a lot of drugs for years and that's what made me fall apart, that's what ruined my future.
