~Justin's Pov~

The dr finally come out after 2 and a half hours of waiting. My eyes were all puffy from crying along with Spencer. He wasnt even half way to us and i jumped up. 

Me: Is everything ok? Are they all better? Is Ashley outta surgery?

Doctor: Mr.Bieber, i think you need to have a seat.

 I didnt like that answer. Tears fell down my cheek as i closed my eyes. i fell against the wall and just looked at him. Spencer was standing waiting for him to talk.

Doctor: Alex, is getting better.She is on oxygen, and is being watched closely. We almost lost her while trying to get her to breathe better on her own. 

I felt more tears rising as he said almost lost her. I couldnt lose her. Ever.

Doctor: Now, Ashley, we cut her open to find the bleeding and once we started working, we. 

He puased giving us a look, than quickly looking to the floor.

Doctor: we lost her. I am so very sorry. we did every we could. I am so sorry. Would you like us to tell Alex when she is better o-

Spencer: No. please. we-we can do it.

I fell to the floor crying my eyes out. Ashley barely even knew me but i felt she was my own aunt. I couldnt believe she was gone. Alex, from what i know, only has her. Now shes got no one. I covered my face as more tears fell. 

Doctor: Again, i am so very terribly sorry bout this. Alex, is allowed one person in her room at a time. She may not be awake though. 

Spencer: I-its ok. You tried. Thanks. 

Doctor: No problem. Let me or my staff know if there is anything. and i mean anything we can do for you.

Spencer: Thank you.

Spencer was being so strong. Her best friend in the hospital almost died and her bestfriend's aunt just died. I wouldnt and couldnt be the strong. I felt a hand on my back. I wiped tears away and looked up. Spencer was crying now just as bad as me. She put her arms around me crying on my shoulder. 

Spencer: Would you like to go in first?

Me: No, your her best friend. You first. 

Spencer: Are you sure?

Me: Yeah go im gonna try to pull myself together. 

Spencer: Alright i wont be long...

She got up and walked down to her room and went in. I leaned my head back against the wall. CLosing my eyes a few more tears fell down my cheek. I felt my phone vibrate, so i pulled it out.  Ryan: hey bro, whats up? where r u, i went to ur place to see if i could stay and  you werent there. your mom didnt know where u went. Me: Bro, im at the hosptial. Ill be here awhile so you can come and ill call my mom soon and talk to her Ryan: what! Y r u there!? im coming.!   

I didnt txt back since he said he was coming. I looked up and down the halls. Before i got up and went to get a water outta the machine. I was heading back to the waiting room when i seen Ryan coming off the elevator.  He looked around like a lost puppy. I yelled his name and he ran over to me. 

Ryan: Whats wrong why are you here!?

Me: Alex's house burnt down and her and her aunt were in it. 

Ryan: OH MY GAWD ARE THEY OK!?

Me: Sit.

Ryan: Talk now
