Beyond the Cards:Elemental Heroes

The First Mission

The Fusion Sage came to the Elemental Heroes's table.He said "Are you guys ready for your first mission?"Sparkman said eagerly "Yup!"Avian smashed his hand on the table and he regretted it.After a while he said "A..ah Yeah!"Clayman said "Be careful Avian...and yes I am ready."Burstinatrix was rubbing her hands.She felt nervous."Y-yes...I am..."

The Fusion Sage gave each of them a card.The Fusion Sage said "That card allows you to unlock hidden powers.Be careful though,it won't always work.To activate it you have to go to one of your comrades and put the cards together.After that,you know what to do."Avian was smiling "Jump in,then jump out."The Fusion Sage nodded in agreement.

The Fusion Sage looked at them seriously "You can get to know each other more next time.Right now,your mission is to defeat the 5 Horn Imps rampaging in a nearby city.They are fiends that are quick and vicious,be careful."Clayman stood up "Let's be quick,the city is nearby...let's get there before innocent people get hurt."Avian clapped "And that's why you're an Elemental Hero!"Clayman looked at him seriously "Let's go you idiot."Avian laughed "Adios amigos!"Avian flew quickly through a tunnel on the roof.Clayman rushed through the door.Sparkman followed and Burstinatrix flew after Clayman.When everyone left,The Fusion Sage said "You know what,they remind me of you guys...I hope they succeed."

In the city,the Elemental Heroes quickly found the problem.Horn Imps where running around breaking things and hitting people.When one Horn Imp jumped towards a person,Clayman stood in his way and gave him a whack on the head.The Horn Imp was unconcious and Clayman looked to his comrades "What are you waiting for?Let's get going!"Avian nodded and took to the skies.He saw an Imp and said "Feather Shot!"Unfortunately all the projectiles missed and hit other random objects.Avian exclaimed "Darn!So close!"Sparkman rushed after that Imp and held it up.Sparkman asked "These things are pretty weak."Sparkman electrocuted the Imp and it fell down fried.Clayman and Burstinatrix came to them.Clayman said "They were weaker than we thought.."

A monster came and raised all the Imps and they ran towards the Heroes.Sparkman panicked and said "What?We killed them all!"Burstinatrix said worriedly "M-maybe the monster brought them back?"Sparkman thought for a while then said "Alright then show me your skills!"Sparkman charged at the unknown monster and focused electricity into his hands.He stood there for a while then made a shockwave.He shouted "Static Shockwave!"The monster appeared unharmed.

Burstinatrix went to the Imps and said "Don't hurt them!Burstfire!"A huge fireball incinerated all the Imps.Clayman looked at her in awe.Avian focused on the unknown monster.Avian put his hand on his chest "I'll handle this!"He was spinning into the sky,then he flew while still spinning towards the monster.He yelled "Featherbreak!"He tackled the monster but it still didn't seem to be hurt.Rather,it grabbed Avian's wing and threw him at Sparkman.Clayman was running towards it while yelling "My attack!Clay Charge!"Clayman's attack missed and he said "Let's use the card!"Sparkman asked "With who?"Clayman replied "You and me!Natasha and Avian!"Avian said sadly "Aww,well next time Sparky!"Clayman and Sparkman merged their cards.

They saw a portal in which they jumped in.What came out was something huge.It looked a bit like Clayman,but was covered in lightning.He said "I am Elemental Hero Thunder Giant.I am the combined thoughts and purpose of Sparkman,Clayman and the original Thunder Giant.Let me destroy this monster."Avian and Burstinatrix did the same and what came out looked like Avian,except he had a dragon head on his hand.He said "I am Flame Wingman Woohoo!Alright!Let's do this!"Thunder Giant nodded and created a huge ball of lightning and threw it at the monster.It got hit and this time,it actually looks damaged.Flame Wingman wheeled throught the skies then punched the monster right in the gut.He yelled "Go in!!"His arm pierced through and he threw it to Thunder Giant.Thunder Giant caught it and made it explode on his hands.The two Heroes disappeared and all that was left were Sparkman,Avian,Clayman and Burstinatrix.The four,all tired returned to the base.

The Fusion Sage clapped.He said "Well job Heroes!Well I see you've learned how to use the cards.Great job."Sparkman said "C-can we rest?My body feels like jelly."Avian yelled "Jelly?!My body feels like a cloud!Look,Clayman's even lifting me."Clayman said "Because you're light and Sparkman isn't a lazy idiot."Burstinatrix laughed.Sparkman sat down on the sofa and said "Well,this is the start of something epic.."Sparkman dozed off after his sentence.Clayman dropped Avian on the ground near Sparkman and he slept on the side of the sofa.Avian couldn't move but he put his feet on top of Clayman's head then went to sleep.Burstinatrix sighed and slept on the sofa.
