A few weeks had passed since she told her parents. They made her come home everyday right after work and school. She could barely see the only friend she had anymore. Her and her parents had hardly said two words to each other since that night. Obviously they asked about the father, and obviously she couldn't tell them. They didn't exactly like Dylon at all. It's not like he'd come back to be with her or take care of his kid. So what was the point of telling them? She only had a few more months left in that hell hole.

One night at supper, after many horrible weeks, her mom finally said something. "Abrianna, you know how much we love you and care for you. We just think you should have told us about this before. We would have gotten it taken care of." Abrianna could feel the rage feeling her. She knew it was going to be hard, but she couldn't believe her mom just said that to her. It took everything she had in her not to snap. "Yes, we just want everything to be okay and you not regret anything in your life. Everything is going to be so much harder for you now with school and life. Especially since the father is not in the child's life",said her dad. She could barely look at them. She jumped up from the table and raced to her room. She cried a river on her bed for hours and hours. Like they even care.

She ended up falling asleep, unshowered and in her clothes. She had to rush to take a shower and get ready for work. She hadn't had a day off in a week. As long as she got paid, she didn't complain though. She needed the money if she was going to take care of her baby. She was actually starting to get excited about it. In a week she would go to the doctor to find out the sex. She wanted a baby girl so bad, but a boy would be fine too. She just wanted it to be healthy. As soon as she got to work, she started stocking shelves again. She was really starting to show, so she had to wear hoodies. Not many people knew yet, but it would be out soon enough. She had a long day. She lifted heavy boxes, mopped, and rung up people's stuff. She figured she didn't have anything better to do, so she took an extra shift. She didn't really care as long as Lindsey didn't come back in. She hated her with all her heart. There was a time when they use to be best friends. They had sleep overs and talked about boy and all their secrets. Abrianna was there for Lindsey's parent's divored and Lindsey was there for her when her grandmother died. They always got each other through everything until high school. Lindsey became popular and Abrianna didn't. That's that. Life really sucked sometimes.
