She goes up to Jane and reads her thoughts accept all she has to do is look the person in the eye. She can see everyones bond just like Marcus can(btw thats Marcus power in the movie 😊). Lastly Bella is a sponge. As in she can have anyones power by looking them in the eyes or by touch.
