In the continent of Paridia, a land shrouded in magic, were 4 gems. These gems were implanted into humans and gave them a power of a god, but that was millenniums ago. Now the 4 families who were given the gems were then passed down and down and down generations through genes. Now the most unlikely of gods had to step forward to help humanity, Dani, Sheila, Cloud and Beast.

As the masked one was giggling, the woman spoke; "I'm Crimson Rose, the white haired man is Coldblood Death and the giggly one is Mr. Pumpkin."
Dani lifted her staff up from the ground and pointed it at the three, "I don't care who you are, I'm going to pay you back for what you did to these poor people's homes!" Dani shouted.
The others joined her, with their weapons in hand - Sheila had a wooden staff, Cloud a giant hand sword and beast had fully transformed into a fire beast. Dani's white wings spread wide gusting a wind towards the 3 terrorists. Dani flew forward towards 'Crimson Rose' and swung her scythe but Crimson had disappeared leaving red rose petals behind. "You thought it would be that easy?" Crimson giggled as she appeared behind Dani.
Dani swung herself around towards Crimson.
As Dani was fighting Crimson - Cloud was fighting Coldblood along with Sheila but Coldblood's speed was too much for them and couldn't keep up. Beast was fighting Mr Pumpkin but he was throwing bombs everywhere - blinding Beast.
The four struggled, as the terrorists shredded their bodies leaving cuts and bruises everywhere. Dani, Beast, Cloud and Sheila took their weapons and done one final powerful group blow on the 3 and dust filled the area. "They're gone I think." Cloud said unsure if they were defeated.
As the dust faded they could see 3 people standing up - they were still conscious after that powerful attack. "What?!" Beast shouted in confusion.
Dani felt to her knees and her wings and scythe disappeared into pink petals. "It's over..." She mumbled "it's all over..."
Crimson walked over to Dani and put a knife to her throat. "Dani!!!" Sheila squealed.
"I'll keep you all alive, to tell the tail of us. The Deathly Roses!" Crimson shouted as the 3 mysterious terrorists disappeared.
Dani fell to the ground and had become unconscious. Beast scurried over to Dani and picked her up, "come on let's get out of here, she's suffered enough." Beast said.
Cloud and Sheila were confused because he was starting to care about her.
Back at the Capitol, Dani was put in bed. Sheila, using healing magic, was in charge of keeping Dani healthy until she recovered from the battle (as well as treating the other's and herself). "Will she be ok?" Cloud was leaning against the door as he looked at Sheila.
"Yeah, she suffered critically but she will survive." Sheila said.
"Good." Cloud replied leaving the room.
"Wait!" Sheila shouted, running out of the room.
Cloud stopped and turned looking at Sheila.
"Can you get Beast - I think he'd like to see her before I go to sleep."
"Sure thing" He answered walking away but waving backwards.
That night, Beast never came and Sheila went to sleep. 9 days had passed since the battle and Dani hadn't woke up, the team started worrying about her. That night on the 9th day, Cloud and Sheila had a discussion. "I think we should take her to a healing alchemist Mage." Sheila suggested.
"Good idea." Cloud replied.
Beast was there, sitting at Dani's bed, just staring at her and talking. He wasn't ok, "Beast, we're gonna help her ok." Sheila said kneeling in front of him.
"What do you know Sheila - you're just a learner Mage, what if she never wakes up? No more 4th God!" Beast started flipping tables and kicking stuff around the room. When beast was frustrated he done this a lot. Cloud then stunned him, to make him stop. "You might hit Dani." Cloud said to him. Beast then snarled and pushed Sheila and Cloud out of the way and left.
Beast was unhappy, he actually cared about Dani but he couldn't admit it.
Dani was still asleep and injured. Little did they know - she was poisoned by a prick of the Crimson flower.
