Hello there! :) So this is my first story on wattpad, so sorry for my bad writing skills ;) Well i hope ya like it..? :) sorry, it's kinda short. -N
*Prologue*
"SKYLAR EDWARDS," My dad slurred, as he yelled after me.
He had been drinking again, i could tell.
"Y-yes father?" I asked shakily.
"Where are my cigarettes!?!" He yelled, face full of anger.
Shit. I forgot..
"I-i'm sorry, i was writing a song and i lost track of ti-"
I got cut off by his hand making contact with my cheek, as i stumbled backwards. I watched as he lifted his hand for another hit.
"DID'NT I TELL YOU TO STOP! YOU'RE NEVER GONNA MAKE IT IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY!" He yelled, as he ran up stairs into my room. I didn't ran after him, i just stood there, with tears forming in my eyes.
He came running down the stairs with my guitar and my song book in his hands. His eyes full of anger.
He was about to grab his lighter and burn them, but i quickly hit his hand, so the lighter flew out of his hand.
His face flustered with anger.
I watched as he kicked me in the ribs. Pain filled me.
"You little bitch." He spat, as he kicked again.
The last thing i saw, was my guitar getting burned along with my song book.
And then everything went black...
