Hollywood! (One Direction Fan Fic)

~Intro~

Alexis, is just starting college, traveling all the way from New Orleans to California, to fulfill her dream of being an actress. When Hurricane Katrina hit, it was devastating.

It was hard for Alexis and her family to get back on their feet, and start their life over. They lost Kayla, Alexis's 5 year old sister at the time. Now she is heading off to college. She realized she was going to go to California, but didn't realize she would meet a celebrity,that falls in love with her, but she's not really into him..

~Chapter 1~

"Mom!" I'll be fine I wined. "Of course you will." Her mom said wiping tears from her eyes. " You will just be so far from home." She said. " I'll be fine, stop being so worried about me, I'm not a kid anymore." I said , getting my boxes and bags out of the car. " Yea, I know, it's just a big city, and I can't risk losing another daughter." She said helping unload my stuff. " Mom that was tragic for us all, me, Dylan, and Dad are making it through, and you can to." I said hugging her.Dylan is my 15 year old brother.He was young when it happened. "You can do it,I love you , so so much." I said hugging her tight. " Call me every day, not any of that Facetube, texting mess." She said starting to smile. " I won't." I said laughing.

I picked up my stuff and was trying to find my dorm room. " Hey." I hear a deep voice from behind me.I turned around, and see this tall guy, with sandy blonde hair, and brown eyes. " Oh hi." I said smileing,and pulling my dark blonde hair behind my ear. "Wow, you have beautiful eyes." He said. "Awhh thanks." I said. " Would you like me to help carry your things?" He asked. "No I'm fine." "No, I insist. You look like you need help." I didn't realize I probably do look ridiculous with 4 bags, and 5 boxes. Trying to carry them all at once. " Well, I guess I can use some help." I handed him a few of my bags. " So what do you come to Cali for?" he asked, trying to start a conversation. " Well I came to start my acting career." I said pulling my bag back up on my shoulder. " You?" I asked. "Well, I just got a baseball scholorship here, My grades where okay, but weren't good enough, I had to try something else.I really want to be a professional Ball player." I knew something was going to happen, that I didn't like. It was to good. I really want a guy that is a hard working man, like a lawyer or something, not a baseball player. " Oh, that's nice."I said "Well-" " Oh, here is my room" I said cutting him off. "Oh, well okay." he said handing me my things." Here is my number,text or call whatever, maybe we can watch a movie or something." Be nice Alexis! " Okay.Sounds good." I said. " Almost forgot, what's your name?" He asked. " Alexis." I say turning around, because I was trying to make it to my room fast. "My name is Tyler." He said waving bye, and smiling wide. Wow college is interesting.

I walked into my dorm room."Aye!" I walked in on a girl painting her toe nails, with One Direction turned up really loud. " You like One Direction?" I Tryed to yell over the music. " Oh, Of course who doesn't?!" Me " Well, I'm not that big of a fan." I yelled. She looked up from painting her toe nails, and got up walke over to the radio, and turned it down. "What?You're crazy!They sing amazing, and look amazing!" She said looking shocked." Those are both true, but I'm just not really into their kind of music, I like rock." I said shrugging. " Oh I like rock, it's just not something im crazy about. I'm crazy about One Dirction though." She said laughing. " You made it pretty obvious." I said throwing my junk on my bed, on the other aside o the room, that wasn't filled with One Dirction posters, and was just blank." I also like Bridgit Mendler. I know she is on Disney channel, that's so childish, but what she has been singing lately, I really like it." I said putting my bed spread on my bed. " I agree there, she does have a wonderful voice." she said, going into the bathroom.She looked at herself in the mirror, and came and hopped on her bed. "Well I'm going to go to bed, it's getting late, first day of college tomorrow! I'm so nervous." I said looking up at the ceiling, imagining what it will be like, and who I'll meet. " Me too,have to look good tomorrow, I'm going to a beach bash after school." she said turning her light off " Oh, I want to go, I hear those things are fun!" I said sitting up. " You can come, it only cost 5 dollars to get in, and One Direction will be there! But this will be like the 10th time I have met them." She said " Oh sounds good.Can I hangout with you?" I asked, not wanting to be alone."We're room mates of course you can!"
