She walked in and she was beautiful. Her blue dress sparkled in the candlelight. It reminded me of the stars in the sky right as they came out, and her eyes looked like a blue sky on a beautiful day. Her hair was blonde, but yet it was not. It was more like a golden color, like a golden thread had made up her beautiful hair. Her shoe were a slivery clear, such a perfect fit, and they looked so fragile, like a doll. She looked like a perfect doll. The crowd gasped as they saw her beauty, but I don't think anyone saw her the same way I did, perfect.

I approached her to ask her to dance and her cheeks turned bright red like an apple. And she said yes and put her hand into mine. I led her to the middle of the room so we could show off her beauty. We danced and she was a perfect dancer. We danced all night, but suddenly she had to leave. She ran away and I ran after her. I couldn't catch her but I got a part of her, her fragile shoe. I got an idea, I would find the girl in the kingdom whose foot fit this shoe.

We left the palace every morning at dawn and came back at dusk for a week. Every young maiden and every old maid claimed to be my mystery girl, but none of their feet perfectly fit the glass slipper. It wasn't until that Monday we finally reached her. Her house was the last one we had went to. Before we discovered her, he stepsisters both tried the shoes on, even going as far to cut part of their feet off, but we caught those dirty tricks. Her stepmother said there were no other women in the house, but as we were leaving we heard a sound, a song. She was singing along with the birds' songs. I knew it must be her. We went up and broke into the locked attic. She smiled so brightly and I gently put her glass shoe on her. It was perfect fit. I proposed to her right there and then.

Our wedding was year later, it was such a sight to see. I was perfectly in love.
