It was a nice , sunny day when John awoke from his bed . It was 7:34 am , an hour until school started . He rose from his bed in only his boxers . He got dressed for school then went into the kitchen . John was surprised when his father was sitting at the kitchen table as he always leaves for work at five am . " Dad what're you doin' ? You always leave for work at five ," John asked his father .
" Go wake Jane 'kay ...... Please ," John's father replied . Johns nine year old sister was asleep in her bed but right when he walked into her room she stirred awake .
" Good morning sleeping unbeauty ," John said to his sister .
"Uh ........... ," Jane stated . She got out of her bed in her nightgown and went to the kitchen .
" AH !! " Jane yelled . " What're you doing here dad ."
" I have good news and bad news . What do ya wanna here first ? " Johns and Janes father asked .
" Um good news ," both kids said in unison .
Their father said ," Well ..... um good news is we're moving . Bad news is we're moving to ....... uhhhhhh .... across the country ".
" WHAT ! " John yelled .
" No way ! Where ? " Jane asked .
" In a little town called Gravity Falls ..... in Oregon ," Johns dad said sadly .
" I guess I'll have to break the news to my friends ," John thought with a sigh .
