Marilyn Manson 1997

Introduction

This story is the P.O.V of the main character Veronica. It is set in the year 1997

Veronica is a metal artist signed under Trent Reznor's record lable: Nothing Interscope Records.

Nothing Records only consists of: Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson and Veronica Gunn.

Veronica started out in the music industry at the age of 15. She had run away from home at the age of 10 and was put into a orphanage, until she ran away from that too at 13. Veronica made friends and managed to stay at their houses over the years but had never really had a place of her own. When she was 14 her and her friends were groupies in the South Florida music scene. One night Veronica met Nine Inch Nails Trent Reznor backstage at one of their shows and instead of doing what groupies usually do, both Trent and Veronica discussed music instead. Trent was amazed and impressed by Veronica's knowledge and love for music and asked her to audition for him. She was then signed to Trent's lable at the age of 15. She is now 18.

Relationship with Trent Reznor: Trent is like a father figure to Veronica. He gave her a place to stay, gave her a job, buys her almost anything and looks after her like no other. He would do anything for her and is very protective of her.

Relationship with Twiggy Ramirez: Twiggy is one of Veronica's best friends. They have fun and mess around together almost all the time, which causes them to get in trouble a lot of the time. Their love for each other is purely platonic.

Relationship with Billy Corgan: Billy is Veronica's most helpful friend. He gives her the best advise and she often comes to him for guidance in life. Veronica knows she could tell him anything and he wouldn't judge her.

Relationship with Marilyn Manson: Marilyn is Veronica's closest best friend. She met him when she was 16 and he was 19, he went by the name Brian Warner back then. They've known each other for so long and have been through so much, they feel like they can really relate to each other. Marilyn and Veronica can be themselves around each other, which makes them feel comfortable around one another. Veronica has never felt this way about anyone else ever, does Marilyn feel the same way?

The year is 1997 and both Veronica and Manson have new albums out. Marilyn Manson- Antichrist Superstar. Veronica Gunn- Killer Queen. Once both albums were released both their ratings went up enormously and their popularity was increasing constantly. They started getting invited to numerous events and also met other celebrity's and got new fans. What will happen to both Marilyn and Veronica with all this success? Will they change for the better or for worse? And what will become of the relationship between them?
