Better with time

-Chapter 5-

-Niall's POV-

"Hey" I herd a weak voice say. I then turned around to see Abby all bruised up, and holding an ice pack on her face. " Oh, Hey" I said walking to get and hugging her tight. "Yea, that really hurts." She said squished. " Oh gosh, sorry." I said letting go quickly. " Oh come here!" She said walking to me and jumping into my arms, taking her ice pack in one hand to put her arms around me. "Sorry." I said apologizing for one o my crazed fans jumping on her. " You couldn't stop it.And also sorry for being a jerk earlier." She said, letting go. " You weren't being a jerk I was." I said, putting my hands in my pockets. " You were just trying to save me from this, I get it now." She said. "Yea, but it wasn't your fault, I took you out there.And don't say anything else about it, or I'll have to beat you up like that girl did." I said acting like I was gonna punch her. " Shut up Niall!" she said punching me in the arm while we were all walking out the door. " Hey, I wasn't really hitting you." I said grabbing her hand, that had no ice pack in it.She came up and gave me a kiss on the cheek,out of no where.Making me blush." I think we should go do something else." She said." You need to go home and rest." Heather said being the responsible one. " " No time for rest!" she said letting o of my hand and running to the car, jutting one fist into the hair like superman.She's a dork,but she is my dork. " Lets go to the movies !"she yelled across the parking lot. " Fine, we can go to the drive in!" Heather yelled back. " Shot gun!" Abby said hoping into the front seat. " I'll drive!" I said without thinking. "Whoa! Better be watching the roads everyone!" Zayn said sarcastically. We all hoped in the car, and went to the theatre. It went by pretty fast, I barely watched the movie, because I was admiring Abby. She was on the ground, on a blanket, laid out, resting her head on her hands and looking at the screen.

-Abby's POV-

I keep seeing Niall look over at me. I really want to talk to him, but I have nothing to say. " Want to go get some nachos?" I asked Niall. He looked at me. " What ever you like." He said smiling hopping up, and holding his hand out to help me up, he pulled me up, where we made full eye contact. It lingered. Then I jumped up gave him a kiss on the cheek, and grabbed his hand, and started walking to the building where you get the food. Am I flirting right? I hope so. I feel kind of stupid sometimes, like running to the car like superman. What was I thinking? I just go nuts around this boy, I can't think strait.

-Niall's POV-

She makes me where I can't think strait, I am speechless around her. I say some of the stupidest things, like I'll beat you up like that girl did. I sounded like an abusive boyfriend, what is wrong with me? "Nachos please." Abby said handing the cashier money." Okay it will take one second." The cashier said, walking back to the back. "Nachos!"he yelled back in a room. Me and Abby went and sat down. Just say the first thing that comes to your mind." Do you like the movie?" What if she asks me back, I haven't even been watching the movie. " It's okay,I guess." She said shrugging. She's bored! What do I do?! " Nachos!" a man yelled form the kitchen Abby left me at the table, and got up and walked to the counter. " I got the nachos, let's go." she said smiling and grabbing my hand with one hand, and holding nachos in the other. Out of no where some one runs into her, spilling nachos all down her out fit. Then the girl that did it started laughing "Oops it was just an accident." Abby wanted to cry but didn't. " Can I have your autograph Niall." the girl said handing me pen an paper. Abby then let go of my hand, through he empty nacho thing away and walked back to our spot. " No.She is my girlfriend, and if you treat her like that, why would I ever even think to give you an autograph." I said looking at her stupid. " I--" she stuttered, I cut her off." Bye now." I said smiling with a fake smile, and walking away. I walked, and surprisingly Abby was laying back down on our cover. I laid down next to her. " I'm so sorry, I didn't give her an autograph." Without saying a word she put her head on my shoulder, and fell asleep. The movie ended, I picked her up and carried her to the car. We got home, I then Carrie her upstairs to her room." Wait Niall." I herd a sleepy voice say as I was turning out the lights. " I like you a lot, and no one can change that, not even your mean fans. But I like the nice ones." She said smiling. I started laughing. " No one likes the mean ones, every body likes the nice ones.Just don't let them get to you." I said smiling "I think I love you." She said. Wow, I was shocked. I didn't know what to say. Well do something! I walked over, gave her a kiss on the head. " I think I love you to.Night." I said walking out of the room turning the lights off and closing the door.
