Meet The Copycat!

"Yata! School's Finally Over!" I stood up and stretch my aching limbs that's been in the same sitting position for an hour and as I stepped out of class, I saw Riko skipping and I could picture a bunch of flowers surrounding her in the background if her expression was anything to go by.

"Ano, Rikosempai, why are you so happy? I mean besides schools finally over." I speed-walked beside her skipping form "Oh! You'll know later when we reach the gym!" she said with a big smile and seriously, I swear there was flowers and sparkles everywhere and it's kind of freaking me out!

"Everyone come gather! I have great news to tell you all!" Riko skipped to the benches on the side and everyone gathers around her and I could hear the freshmen asking why she was skipping and Hyuga sempai answered that when she skips, it means that we have a strong opponent for our next match.

"Our next opponent team is Kaijo high!"

"Che, I don't know why you are getting so excited about it." Kagami said and I was about to smack his arm for being rude when she said

"They have gotten their hands on one of the Generation of miracles and they are a strong team to begin with." everyone was shocked besides me and Kuroko while Kagami, being himself the basketball idiot said

"Hah! We are facing a member of the Generation of miracle already eh? I'm gonna beat them no matter how strong they are!"

"So Kuroko kun, do you know which one of the Gom member goes to Kaijo?" Riko asked Kuroko

"Sorry, I do not know who went to what high school as I have not contacted them after middle school." he replied and I could hear the hint of sadness even though he hid it well with his monotone voice.

"I don't care who goes to what school! I am going to beat them and we will be the best team in japan!" Kagami inserted and right after that, a large crowd of girls came barging in through the gym doors and was screaming their heads off like maniacs going after a blonde haired guy that is making his way towards us, which I then notice is Kise Ryota, my model buddy and one of the generation of miracles.

"Arh! Sorry, give me a few minutes!" he said to us and soon he was lost in the sea of girls.

"Wait! Is that the model, Kise Ryota?!" a freshman asked

"He is one of the Generation of miracles right?" another said and then he whipped out a basketball magazine from his bag which featured the members of Generation of miracles and they flipped to his page only to gasps at it

"Woah! He only started playing after second year!"

"That is so unfair! A model and a genius at sports? A killer combo!" one said enviously

"Haha sorry about that! Now, back to what I was saying-Kurokochii! I missed you! Why did you leave me in middle school! I was so hurt" Kise sobbed and walked towards Kuroko and was about to hug him but Kuroko put out a hand to stop him from doing so and said "Please refrain from hugging me Kisekun."

"Eh! You're so mean Kurokochii! We were always getting bullied back in middle school remember?!"

"I do not remember I got bullied."

"Ehhh?! So it's only me?!" Kise sobbed again and before anyone could say a word, a basketball was flunked at him and he caught it with one hand

"Ouch! What was tha-"

"So you are one of the Generation of miracle. Play me. You're strong right?"

"Niichan! I didn't know you swing that way!" I shouted out as I sense the tension building between them.

"What! No! I don't mean it that way!!" Kagami choked out as he was in shock while the team not so secretly laughed behind me.

"Eh?! Torachii?! You are in this school too?! Are you their manager?"

"No Ryotakun, I am one of the players."

"Eh?! That means i'll be playing against you?! That's too scary Torachii!"

"Hey! Right now your opponent is me!" Kagami shouted at him and Kise turned back saying

"Heh, Torachii's Niisan?"

"Yeah yeah, now play me!" Kagami waved off and got into an attacking position

"That still sounds wrong bakaniisan!" I said but none of them heard me as they are now on the court facing each other. Kagami swiftly stole the ball from Kise and did a dunk which I was a little impressed by it as he had improved since I last saw him but i am not sure if at this stage he can beat the generation of miracles at his current power. Kise suddenly stole the ball back and did a dunk, well it was just like Niisan's dunk but more powerful and hence his nickname the 'Copycat' given by me. I turned to look at Kuroko and from his expression I knew he was a little shock at how Kise easily overpower my brother and the team was in a even bigger shock

"How did he do that?!"

"He just did the same dunk!" and pretty much everyone else was stunned.

"Kuroko, how strong are the generation of miracles?" Riko asked with a thinking face

"Honestly, I do not know. I haven seen Kisekun since middle school and he had improved faster than I have expected." Even I was shocked by how much he had improved, I wonder how much had the others improved, especially HIM...

"Give Me Kurokochii and Torachii." Kise said after he threw the ball back to my brother

"What? No way!" the team shouted after getting over the shock

"You won't be able to draw Kurokochii's full potential out and Torachii's talent is wasted here."

"Sorry Kisekun, but I have to deny your request." Kuroko said

"Same here, Bakata!"(Baka+Ryota) I said to him using the other nickname I gave him. If you haven figure it by now, I love giving nicknames!

"But why Kurokochii?! Torachii I can understand as she needs to take care of her bakaniisan but why won't you come with me?"

"Sorry, but I have a goal that I want to achieve here." Kuroko replied

"Who you calling bakaniisan you-" I slapped my hand over Kagami's Mouth before he could continue and turned to Kise and said

"Sorry Ryotakun, but I prefer playing against you and I want to see how much you have improved since I left." and right after I said that, my phone ringed and I rush towards it

"Hello?" I answered

"Torachan! You have an emergency radio session starting in an hour! I am outside of your school right now, come out NOW! Bye!" she hung up on me before I could reply. I pick up my bag and rush towards Riko as I do not want to face Otomi's anger

"Riko sempai, I have an emergency radio session in an hour so please excuse me!" I said and ran out of the gym after throwing a wave of hand and

"Bye everyone, Bye Ryotakun, see you tomorrow! And niisan! You'll have to go home alone today! I have work so I'll be home late!"

"Torachan sure is busy!"

"You better not do it again!" Hyuga said but I was already speed walking out the school gates in record time.
