Chapter 2: Present 2015

BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. I slap my alarm down. "Uggghhhh.." I say, throwing the blankets off of me. My door creaks open, "Tator!" I see my little brother running towards me."Hey Cutie!!" I say picking him up."How has your morning been?" I say sitting him beside me. "Uh Me took my meds." He says with a big smile."Good job Parker!'' I say. ''Tay Tay.... I uh made breakfast with mommy." He said hopping off my bed. "Oh, that's cool buggie!'' I say smiling. "Yeah... I'm gonna go bye bye now." Parker says walking towards my door. "Okay bug, have fun!'' I say standing up and walking to my bathroom to pee and brush my nasty breath away.

About an half an hour later:
I walk down stairs clothes on and my daily hair and makeup done I see my sister,brother and mother. My father is probably with his girlfriend, He left about five years ago when we all found out about my brother It was hard for us all, but he found it as a way to live my mom. Parker was way to young to even know what was happening, I feel bad because he asks why he all the other kids have dads and he doesn't. It's about 7:30 now, I have to go to school. This is my last week of college, I'm excited to be done. Don't get me wrong I loved college but I'm ready to sleep in. My friends Madison, Brooklyn, Aubrey, Kelsey invited me on a road trip. I don't think i'm gonna go, my brother and family need me right now. I sit at the table and eat the toast and eggs my mom and brother had made. After I get done eating I go back up stairs to my room to grab my bag, phone and my keys. I check if Parker and Katelyn are ready, its Tuesday one of my days to drive them to school. I don't have to be to school until 10 but I pick up my boyfriend (Grayson), Madison and Aubrey. "Katie!! Parker!! Are you guys ready for school?'' I say walking down the stairs again. "I am!!'' I here from both of them. "Okay meet me out in the car." I walkout side and start up my Dodge Charger. I see them coming out of the house. My driving routine on Tuesdays is dropping Katie off, taking Parker to school, picking up Maddi, pick up Grayson, then Aubrey and last going to school.

About 40 minutes later:

We all arrive at McLane College,Grayson grabs my hand as we walk in. ''Only one more week babe.'' Grayson whispers with his adorable smile. I smile back,''Are you going on that road trip?''. "Only if you go..."He says. ''Oh...."I say starting to feel bad because I am not going. "Why? Are you not going?'' He says stopping and looking down at me. Hes about 6'1 and i'm only 5'4 so theirs a big height deference. "I don't think so... I really want to but my brother needs me." I say looking down. He lifts my chin up,"Babe, I understand he needs you but you need to get out more. Do more for you.". ''I know... It's just hard... you know?''. "I understand. Just think about it ok?'' He says leaning down to kiss me. "I will." I say smiling.
