Shattered. -Victor

I really hate myself right now...)

Victor let out a sigh through his clenched teeth. He stared down at his phone, his hair in his eyes and tears begun to collect at the corners of his eyes.

"We're done."

Those two words... They pierced through his heart. He felt as his love for him that once skyrocketed, dropped down to his toes. His fingers shook as he dared to type a reply. "Seriously..?" He sent the text with one single touch. It didn't even take a second for him to reply. "As serious as ever!" He was left staring at the screen in shock.

That was all it took.

The next day rolled by, and Victor had only told a few people he could trust about what happened. He explained the little scenario to them, and they all were sweet enough to give him a few words of advice.

He was now at home, sitting in complete darkness in his room. He turned on his phone, which immediately emitted light. He sighed as he went back to the texts from the heartbreaking fight. He stared down at the words on the screen, tears brimming in his eyes. He let out a shaky breath and shook his head slowly, not even daring to blink. "W-Why..?" He whispered in a soft voice. He took in a sharp breath and threw his phone on the wooden floor. He grabbed a pillow and buried his face into the fluffy fabric. Letting out a soft sob, he thought about all the times he made him laugh, the way he smiled, the sweet little things he'd say, the things he'd do to him, the way he loved him...

Now absent-minded, Victor stared up at the ceiling, tears rolling down his cheeks. He thought about the words of advice his friends has told him.

"You know, if he really loved you, he wouldn't have done that to you."

"You.. You deserve better, Vic."

"Well, he sure is an idiot for breaking that heart of yours... Now isn't he?"

"Aw... I'm sure you'll find the right one, sooner or later."

The words echoed in his head. His breath hitched and he covered his face, trying to hold back tears.

"I-I'm so stupid..."
