Champions & Lanes

As a summoner, every match you get to choose who your champion is going to be for the round.

Champions are the playable characters of LOL

Before a match you and your team get choose what champion you would play as that round

Some Champions are good for different lanes and others are good for the other lanes

Each lane is unique and has a variety of champions that would fit in that lane

Top - Is usually for Tanky - DPS

Mid - Is usually for Ability Power Mage - AP

Bot - Is usually for Attack Damage Carry w/ Support - ADC + Sup

Jg - usually for Junglers (duh)

Each lane has 3 turrents

Outter Turret - The Front Turret

Inner Turret - The Middle Turret

Inhib Turrent - The Farthest Turret

Before you begin Que - The "waiting room" of LOL - you should plan ahead what lane you call first, and what champion you are going to choose.

Take a moment to explore some champions in the Free To Play Champion Rotation

Every week the FTP Champion Rotation rotates and a random set of champions are playable for the entire week and weekend.

So explore the champions, and you may find your own main.

Main - The champion you play often and have practiced with more than others
