Prologue
Brown hair. Vibrant green eyes. A lean, muscle machine standing 6'1, with perfect abs, and broad shoulders. The nicest, sexiest, probably most fit guy on the school's soccer team.
Fallen couldn't help but stare at the amazon guy before her as she sat on the bleachers watching Ashton Vivar at practice. His ripped muscles were easily showing through his Nike amour under shirt.
Fallen has had a crush on Ashton ever since the beginning of High School. She noticed how girls threw themselves at him, how he rejected them all, and how busy he was. But that's what made her like him even more. But she knew she never had a chance, just like the rest of the girls.
"Ms. Manson!?" Fallen was snapped out of her thoughts by the fake deep voice. She looked up to see her best friend, Kaiden, she smiled warmly at her best friend, ever since third grade. "Did I just catch you drooling at a soccer player-?"
"No!" Fallen abruptly interrupted thrusting herself up from the bleachers. Kaiden saw the red rising to her friends' cheeks and knew she hit it right on the nose. She hopped up on the bleacher behind her friend, squatted and peeped over her shoulders.
"Okay, who is it?"
"Who is who? I wasn't-" Fallen tried to say when Kaiden interupted.
"Oh! Is it him!?" Kaiden asked pointing to a blonde guy, who was fairly built.
"No! Kaiden-"
"Oh! Oh! Let me guess..... Number 18!" Fallen became flushed and tried to cover her face, but Kaiden hopped back down to face Fallen and pulled her hands away.
"Awww! You like Ashton!" Kaiden said finally getting it right.
Fallen just sighed in defeat and nodded. "OMG! ASHTON," Kaiden yelled pointing to Fallen "FALLEN LIKES Y..." Fallen instantly covered her mouth, cutting her sentence short. Ashton spared a glance toward them, and then looked back to what he was doing.
Kaiden still struggled in Fallen's grip as she dragged her off the bleachers and into the stairwell.
"Kaiden!" Fallen whined releasing her. "What were you thinking!?"
Kaiden raised her hands innocently and said "You said you like him. I was trying to help you."
"No!" Fallen protested stubbornly, her ombre hair falling in front of her beuatiful light brown eyes that contrasted perfectfly with her skin tone.
"Why not!?"
Fallen crossed her arms over her chest and looked down toward her shoes. "....because he doesn't like me." She mumbled.
"I can't hear you." Kaiden sung, teasing Fallen.
"Because he doesn't like me." Fallen said a bit louder but still not looking at Kaiden. Kaiden was so confident about herself and she just...wasn't.
"WHAT!? Are you crazy Fallen!? Anybody would be lucky to have you! You're beautiful!"
"Do you see the way the girls throw themselves at him!? I don't have a chance." Fallen's shoulders slumped in defeat.
"And that's where you're wrong, Fallen. He's rejecting all of them because he's waiting for the right one to come his way. Like you, a civilized girl. Why do you think he's still single?"
Fallen just shrugged staring at her friend. "You'll never know until you try. Besides he might like you," Kaiden cooed moving towards me, and wrapped her hand around my shoulder. "If I were a guy, I would definitely like you." Fallen burst into laughter and wiggled out of Kaiden's grip.
