I was walking accross my neighborhood when I heard a sudden whistling sound. I looked up and saw a tiny, black dot getting bigger and bigger as it rushed towards me like a bullet. I yelped and jumped out of the way. It smashed into the sidewalk in front of my feet, and made a crater the size of my fist. The rubble was glowing slightly, a blue--green oceanish color. I saw a flash, and then everything around me faded into oblivion.

Two weeks have passed since I've found the rock. Still, ever since I fainted on the street, there has been nothing more strange about the rock. Mom doesn't know, since I was on the opposite side of the neighborhood when I'd fainted, in an old, abandoned farm feild. Again, I repeat, nothing has changed about the rock, and I tried to look up the rock's heritage, but nothing online is showing me anything that looks like it. I'm going to start looking into Encyclopedias and such, but I'm determined to figure out this mystery, no matter how hard or long it takes me to finish. I WILL finish, no matter what.

Still no sign of the origin of this awesome rock. It looks like an enormous chicken egg that's faded baby blue with rustic red dots. It looks as if it was under a moving current of water, because the rust red dots look smeard in a certain direction. It glows slightly, a pulsing glow, and sometimes I think I see a strage-looking shadow inside, but just as soon as it catches my eye, it's gone, and I convince myself I'm seeing things.

My mom is definetly getting suspicious with all this reading; I have had to disguise my books as comic books or school textbooks. The shadow in the rock is definetly getting clearer and more solid and I'm starting to think that this "rock" isn't a rock at all. It's scaring me about how animal-like the shadow is becoming. The rock's hard shell is seeming to get thinner and thinner, and to me, it seems that if it gets any thinner, the stone will crack right in half!

Today the rock rolled off of my nightstand on it's own accord. It had been trembling before, now it rolled off, and as soon as it hit my floor, it split. I didn't want to touch it, because being a teenager and watching too many movies, I didn't want to be eveloped in a swirling power and be cursed for all eternity. (I've been interested in Harry Potter recently, okay?) There was a thin shape inside and a ocean green mist around it. I grabbed the curtain rod and put it in front of me like a sword (I also like Percy Jackson all right?) I prodded the lizard like shape and the metal rod evaporated! I jumped back and yelped. I very slowly walked toward the creature and touched it praying I wouldn't evaporate. it felt warm and cold at the same it smelled like the sea. when I touched it a symbol blazed in front of me. neptune I mumbled and that's when I blacked out. When I came to the creature was sitting on my chest. it was strangely comforting...in a way.

It has been a while since the egg incident, and I have been keeping the lizard(at least I think that's what it is ) in a box down in the dirty clothes in my closet. Though my mom is wondering why I haven't brought them down. My excuse: I re-wear them. the lizard only drinks liquid and throws any solid I give it across the room. I will fill you in more next time as my fingers are getting tired.

ok somthing really wierd happened today,I was taking a shower when all of the sudden the water stopped and the water on the floor of the shower rose up into a a symbol. It it looked kind of like a short pitchfork with a line under the three prongs. With that I blacked out. when I woke up every thing was kind of blurry. At first I thought it ws just the after effects of blacking out but then I realized i was under water! My first thought was why does my skin feel so dry? I wondered. then I realized I was breathing. Under water.
