Sigils are important in this practice because they are one of the most concrete ways to imply an idea to any spirits in your surroundings. Draw the sigil that corresponds to your desires on a flat, uncreased, clean piece of paper and place them at an alter (see chapter 2) while preformed a spell or ritual where they are needed.
