Chapter 22

I started to panic at the thought of why Michael texted Tyler and I so early in the morning telling us to get to the hospital....

I got up and out of bed quickly followed by Tyler.

We got dressed and rushed to the hospital as soon as we could.

We ran through the doors and found Michael sitting in the waiting room looking so depressed and hurt.

He stood up on his feet as soon as he seen us.

"Michael..." I said in a depressed but questioning tone.

"It's Sarah...."

"Oh my god what happened?" Tyler asked.

"Last night at the party...she was drinking...a lot...and well...next thing I know...the hospital called me and told me she was injured in a car accident and for me to get here as soon as I could"

My heart dropped as soon as he was telling us what had happened.

"Where is she..?" I asked.

"She's back there a few rooms down, room 319"

"Can we see her..?" Tyler asked.

"Yeah come with me" Michael replied.

We followed Michael back to Sarah's room in silence.

As we walked in her room a bit my tongue hoping she didn't look too broken or hurt....I was relived to see her all cleaned up and just with a broken leg and arm and a few cuts on her face, she didn't look all that bad but for Michael's sake, she was a wreck.

"Hey Sarah...how are you doing..?" Tyler asked sounding concerned.

"Better thanks to pain medicine"

"When will you be able to leave out of here and go back home?" I asked.

"Tomorrow, we'd let her go today, but we just want to make sure everything with her condition is good to go" The doctor says walking in her room.

"Well that's good to hear" Michael said.

After a while of being in her room the doctor said that she needed to rest, we offered Michael to come back to the house with us, but he wanted to stay at the hospital in the waiting room for her, which I thought was really sweet of him.

We headed home and and as we walked in, we were greeted by Sky.

"Is Sarah okay?" Sky asked.

"Yeah, she's doing good, in fact, her nurse said she should be good to go home tomorrow actually" Tyler replied.

"That's really good to hear" Sky answered.

Emily comes running in the room with Josh and asks "How is she?! Is she okay?"

"She's doing just fine" Tyler answered.

Emily sighed in relief.

To get everything off our minds we all decided on movie night. Everyone gathered in the living room on the couch.

"So what kind of movie?" Ty asked.

"Something scary! One that we all haven't seen yet" Sky
Answered.

"Alright, how about The Conjuring?" Emily said.

Everyone agreed to it, and as we watched, Tyler's phone went off, it was a call.

He went to another room and answered it.
