Jinxx -P.O.V.-
I was walking ... like normal . Always walking , always trying to get somewhere but never really sure where I want to go . Unsure of anything anymore. I just go to work everyday then come home . Its a simple life but it keeps me alive I suppose . I have a distraction . I don't have time to think so that's good . I walked and walked but it honestly was like I wasn't getting anywhere , I saw my office building in the distance but something... and unseen force was pulling me to the other direction away from my work to a little tent on the corner .... I don't know why I was so compelled to go there but I did .. something made me I just had to go see what was happening there that gave me such a strong pull.
I walked to the little tent and peeked inside and I saw the devil himself staring back at me form the center of the place . He had a whip in one hand a poor little neko in the other while many people were gathered around .. watching and waiting for him to make a move . but he didn't . the man in the middle stood there taunting the neko . making him beg to not be hurt . It was disgusting . I heard the man say
"Unless someone bids on the filthy creature he gets the punishment once again " .... no one raised there hands and I don't know what possessed me to do this but I walked into the tent and raised my hand , saying that I would take him . I would pay as much as was wanted and I would keep the poor neko .
The unnamed neko looked up at me , fear swam in his eyes as I looked back at him , I could feel my heart race speed up . I became shaken very quick looking at him . I don't know what he was doing to me but I didn't want it to stop . Before I walked to pay and claim whats mine I whispered
" I'll save you .... "
