Ok this isn't really Johnlock but I really wanted to write this because I saw this thing on Tumblr and I promised all my readers from my Doctor Who one-shots that I'd do this nice sweet songfic so I figured I'd write it here.
Enjoy, loves!

Sherlock fell. And he fell. And he fell. When he opened his eyes, the golden halls of the TARDIS were rushing by his eyes. He grabbed onto the floor and waited for the gravity to right itself. He lay on the floor, tears streaming from his eyes. He heard footsteps. "Hello again, Doctor." He murmured, trying to keep his tears from his voice.
He stood up and met the Doctor's green eyes, suprised by the rage he saw there.
"I shouldn't have helped you." The Doctor growled. "I should have let you fall. That would be better than lying to the entire world."
Sherlock met the angry gaze steadily. "But you couldn't have done that."
"How do you know?!" The Doctor screamed.
"You've shown me my future." Sherlock replied calmly. "I know how important I'll be. You wouldn't let the world go without me."
The Doctor scoffed and straightened his bow tie. "Time can be rewritten."
Sherlock closed his eyes.
"Alright. Fine. Whatever. I don't want us to fight, seeing as you and Molly are going to be pretty much my only confidants."
"And John?" The Doctor asked softly.
Sherlock looked away.
"What about him?" Sherlock asked, pretending that he didn't care when during that conversation alone his heart had broken one thousand times for his secret love.
The Doctor snorted. "'What about him' my arse. He's your best friend and after we're done arguing I have to take you back in the TARDIS and lay you on the ground and pretend you're dead! He'll be in pieces!"
Sherlock dropped his head. He nodded, showing that he knew all this. When he looked up, his face was red and tear-streaked. "You think I want to do this, Doctor?" He spat. "I know he's my best friend, and believe me, I've already broken far more than he will. Seeing your best friend die is one thing, but being the dead one and seeing your best friend's reaction...I don't know if I can take it, Doctor, and I always know. I-" Sherlock's voice dropped to a whisper. "I love him."
The Doctor blinked back a tear. Sherlock's speech had moved him incredibly. He nodded and sighed. "I know." He said quietly. "But now we have to get to work."
