It was an average day for harry and her sister. birds chirping, hot sun shining upon them. Harry walked to the gate of the school and walked in with her sister.

"OK Jenny, I'll meet you after school, OK?" Harry told her sister with a smile. Jenny nodded, red curls bouncing. Harry waved goodbye and walked off. Harry had an odd feeling about today, it was like something was telling her that today may not be the best day to go to school.

Harry was a senior and didn't really have an option to stay home, her exams and finals was what she needed to worry about, and that sickening feeling she was getting would have to wait. She jogged down the halls to meet up with her friend, William. His dark eyes met hers of blue as they almost walked into each other.

"Harry, watch where you're going, I don't want to fall into a pond like last time" she chuckled at his respond, remembering that time she 'acidentally' pushed him into a pond. "Anyway, we should talk about that project due, shouldn't we?"

"Oh yes, we should" she replied and they carried on walking to the courtyard. Once they had arrived there was a large crowed of students, yelling and terrified. Harry looked over at William and he nodded, she ran over to the crowed, William following closely behind, pushing past to see what was going on.

She wished she hadn't, oh how she did. It was one of her teachers, sprawled out across the cement, coughing blood and bleeding from his eyes. It was a horrible sight. Blood spluttering across the floor, students screaming and crying, watching the dying man in front of them.

Harry saw Jenny rushed towards the crowd and stopped her before she got near the corpse.

"Hey!" Harry ignored Jenny's cries of protest and continued to drag her away.

"W-we're gonna call the ambulance and go home..." Jenny nodded at her sisters words and allowed her to be dragged away.

The ambulance and police arrived a few moments later, it appears that many of the other students had called. They loaded the teacher into the back of the ambulance and drove off, the sirens blaring in the cool breeze.
Harry held her sister close, William standing beside them. Jenny eyes were wide with confusion and fear, her body trembling. Harry wasn't exactly sure what was meant to happen next. Did the school. Just expect them to continue on with their school day after seeing their teacher disfigured and in pain like that?

"ATTENTION STUDENTS, ATTENTION STUDENTS.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO HOME."
the deep voice trembling voice of their principle boomed from the PA systems.
A few students ran away, some waited for their parents or left others stood still, frozen with shock.

Harry had to practically drag Jenny all the way to their home, which was around ten kilometres away from the school. As the sisters were walking they saw a few camera crew vans drive past them in a hurry.

Harry dragged her fingers through her shorter curly hair, she was still in shock.

Once the sisters got home they were greeted by a hug from their mother.

"I heard about what happened, don't worry, you're alright" the soothing words of their mother made them feel calmer.

The threw went inside the house, their footsteps echoing followed by the thud of their bags dropping on the floor.

Harry slowly made her way to the television and she listened to the news report.

"The death of a teacher at a local school has shocked us. We have been informed that he was attacked by some unknown disease."
