i was supposed to make a Ticci-Toby x Female! reader fluff and a Dirk/Bro(idk) x Female! reader fluff. . . but i have no inspiration and idk (also i get distracted easy) so, instead have a homestuck headcannon while i try to figure out what to do for the next chapter.

HEADCANNON: most trolls can 'purr', but how the purr sounds and the reason why they purr would vary (specifically for each troll):
Aradia - can't purr
Karkat - can purr, sounds like a cat, purrs occasionally when really happy, mostly purrs when aroused
Tavros - can't purr
Sollux - can purr, sounds kinda like a buzzing, rarely purrs ever so reason is unknown
Nepeta - same as Karkat (her purr sounds more like a tiger then a house cat though)
Kanaya - can't purr
Terezi - can purr, sounds more like a growl, only purrs when aroused
Vriska - can't purr
Equius - can purr, STRONG purr (sounds like a deep growl), can purr whenever, but doesn't really purr
Gamzee - unknown, it is believed he can purr, but his purr was never heard
Eridan - can purr, sounds kinda like boiling water, reason unknown (the only reason it's known what his purr sounds like is because it was heard through a closed door when he was the only one in the room)
Feferi - can purr, sounds like bubbles (more like the filter in a fish tank then like boiling water, like smaller, quieter bubbles)
