Everyone has one chance in life to succeed and get exactly what they'd dreamt of. However, something must be sacrificed in order for that dream to come true. For example, a musician might sacrfice living in a small suburban town in tranquility and move to a big city in order to obtain a record deal. A doctor might leave his or her family to go study in another country where the people speak a foreign language just so they can get the proper education a surgeon, pediatrist or a veterinarian, etc. may need.
Destiny was finally given her chance in life to get what she so desperately wanted. She was just about to do it. End it all. It would've been so easy. She had the opportunity right in front of her.
