As I clung to the railing of the sinking Titanic, I was freezing. I called out to my fiancé, as he rode in a ship toward me. I see people slide to their death around me a when a woman shouts for me. I turn to the voice, and listen, "Please save my child!" I see a child which looks about 5 years old, wearing a puffy dress, which was surprisingly was not torn. She looked like one of the dolls had I wanted when I was little. I heard the voice again,"Please! Here is my whole life savings to help you raise my child!" I then saw that the little girl had grabbed a bag sliding away. I said,"What is her name?" The woman replied,"Eleanor." She hugged the little girl, gave her a kiss, and gave her the little bear the woman was holding. The girl put all of the things her mother was giving her out of her thick coat into the bag. Eleanor saw a kitten scratch by clinging to the wooden deck. The kitten dug toward the girl and jumped into the bag.The girl closed to bag and grabbed the railing and inched toward me. The woman had given her the thick coat she had on. Then the little girl looked back. Her mom was gone. She saw her mom screaming till' she hit the ice, cold water. The girl began to cry as she came to me. By now, my fiancé in the boat was beneath me i was on the top half of the Titanic, the other half already gone, into the depths of the water. Lucky for us, we were on the lowest part of the sinking half near the water. I asked the girl," Eleanor, jump when I say to, alright?" She nodded. "On the count of 3", I said,"1.... 2....3!" And we jumped. We land safely in the boat with my fiance, the girl still clinging to my almost frozen hand. She feels how cold my hand is and opens the bag and hands me a thick pair of her mother's gloves. I quickly shove my hands into the gloves and thanked the girl. And from there out, I raised the child.
