Fenna's POV

I don't remember what happened after Donovan entered the cell room, but the next thing I knew I was lying in bed in a unknown room. I look around to try and find a familiar object or being, my eyes make it to the door when voices fly through. " she should be awake now...why hasn't she woken up yet" listening to the male voice it sounded like Donovan " yes she should be awake, but she went through something very traumatic" a woman's voice now, no one I remember, she continues " Donovan you should be more worried about when she wakes up" confused silence was left in the quake of her words, she sighs " if she wakes she might not remember anyone or anything, or she could be distant and not want to speak about anything to anyone" the women continued, she now appealed to me to be a doctor of some sort. " but Elena she needs to be okay if she is going to defeat the sorcerer" Donovan seemed frantic and worried. Did he only care about the well being of the kingdom under Damien's rule. I wobble to my feet changing into a set of clothes left for me at the edge of the bed and open the dark oak wood door. From the other side the conversation between the doctor and Donovan ceased " what happened to me" shocked with my own horse, scratchy, weak voice I look up and into Donovan's leafy green eyes. " well you were in the marketplace, located at the outer ring of the Silverwater kingdom when that sorcerer attacked you and threw you in a cell where he tortured you almost killing you" I could tell Donny was about to cry, to comfort him I lift my hand to his face with soft eyes " yes but you and Lucy came and saved me" he gives me a saddened smile " yeah but I hurt you... that's what lead you to this" the memories of the kiss and the fight we had before I left flashed through my mind " that doesn't matter anymore, because you proven I can trust you again" from the corner of my eye I saw Elena, the doctor, shift uncomfortably in her spot " I think I'll give you two some time alone" she made her way to another room leaving us. " where's Lucy" Donny sighs and walks into the room signaling me to follow him " she is out getting ingredients for lunch which is soon going to turn into dinner" he explains mumbling the last part, I chuckled " I'm glad you two are as close as ever" I look back at him to meet his emotional gaze. " Fenna I...I am so sorry for what I did to you back then" my heart sinks " Donny it's fine, that's the past and I don't want to open old wounds" Donny looks at me, well more so glaring, " Fenna we both know we need to talk about this" I search his eyes looking for any sign of hesitance. " fine.. but it's only because I don't want to start another argument" I give in and show him my discomfort on the topic " I know what I said and I still feel the same but-" " STOP! I'm sorry Donovan I said I would talk but about this I just... I can't it's such a touchy subject" I interrupted Donovan " Fenna" he gives me these puppy dog eyes " Donovan I already told you how I feel and you told me your answer and" " yes I know but how can you be okay with the fact that I don't love you" I sigh " my vision has showed me what will come of me in the end of my battle with Damien and I don't want to hurt you like I did in my vision" I feel the tears crawling down my face " it's just something you saw in your sleep Fenna it won't happen" he reaches out to wipe my tears but I refuse to let him believe that I will take his word " they are visions Donovan not dreams, visions will come true if you take a certain path, and if I keep going like this surely I won't have the same outcome as-" I was interrupted with Donovan's lips against mine. I try to break away but he holds me in place, he broke away keeping his eyes on mine " why" was all I could say Donovan looks away and down to the floor " I don't know, I just wanted you to stop talking like your feelings don't mean anything" I stare at him until the door opens
