Rebecca's POV

"What," Kian said in disbelief. "Are you being serious?"

"Dead serious," I said with a small and sad smile on my face.

"Wow, I just can't believe it," JC said and continued. "Well, you know Kian and I are always here for you." I smiled more when JC said that. It made me happy that I have best friends that care that much about me.

"Thanks guys," I said and hugged both of them. "And one more thing. We need to keep this a secret from Ricky."

"Why?" JC asked with a slight laugh.

"Because he doesn't know yet," I said.

"Your secret is safe with us," Kian said with a smile.

"Thanks. Well I should start heading out before Ricky starts freaking out," I said getting up off of the large tan couch.

"Ok, I'll text you later," Kian and JC both said. I hugged them both again then I was on my way back to Ricky and I's house.

10 minutes later I get back to the house. When I walk in, Ricky looks mad and I have no clue why.

"Everything ok?" I asked Ricky confusingly.

"No," Ricky said flat out.

"Why? What did I do?" I said and started to get angry.

"You know why," Ricky said as he turned on the TV.

"No I really don't," I said confused.

"You're keeping secrets from me. I can tell," Ricky said watching the TV.

"No I'm not, why are you thinking that?" I lied. Of course I am keeping the secret that I'm depressed from him because I'm not ready to tell him.

"Bec! I know you are! Just tell me already!" Ricky yelled.

"I can't tell you. Not yet. I'm not ready," I said quietly and walked to my room ignoring Ricky's reaction.
