My name is Savannah Carter. I am 17 years old. I live in a small town in Texas. I go to Oakview High school,I am a junior. I believe we all have a story to tell. Well my story, I've been hiding for far to long , I've ran away from it , not anymore , it's time for my voice to be heard. It all started in the beginning of junior year.

"Honey! you need to get up , it's time for school."  I turned over and turned my lamp on.

"Five more minutes!"

"Savannah , hurry up you still need to eat breakfast." I got up and put on my pierce the veil T-shirt  and some jeans that were torn at the knees. Walking down the stairs and into the kitchen I grabbed a bowl and the box of fruit loops to start eating.

"Well good morning Miss Junior." Looking at her I noticed she was wearing her nursing scrubs.

"Morning mom, where's dad?"

" He had to leave early for work , honey"

I barely see my parents. Constantly working their hardly home. I basically raise myself . I'm an only child, looking nothing like my parents. My mom and dad both have brown hair while I have black. Mom has blue eyes , dad has hazel, and I have green. After finishing my cereal I made sure I had all my stuff ready before I leave.

"I better get going . I've got to beat the school bus traffic, you better get a move on yourself."

"I'm fixing to leave mom"

"Okay just don't be late for school."

" I won't "

Walking to me she fixed my bangs with teary eyes.

"I can't believe how grown up you are." Quickly she wipes away a tear.

"Bye mom, have a great day."

"You too sweetheart, I want to hear all about it when i get home." She left while I grabbed my backpack and the keys to my Ford Mustang. Driving for what seems like four seconds I pulled into the school parking lot. Parking my car I got out, closing the door behind me. I looked up and saw the most beautiful human being I've ever seen. Suddenly he looked straight into my eyes and I swear the world stopped. Panicking I looked down at my feet. When I looked up he was gone.
