"Ring" went the bell, I went and open the door and it was Derek. "My brother said there was no practice today" I said confuse. "I'm not looking for your brother, I only came to ask you if you wanted to go to the park with me?" he said with a smile. It took me 1 minute to answer "yes". It took me by surprise. I never expected for Derek to ask me if I wanted to go to the park.
When we got to the park he took me for a ice cream cone. We talk about funny and sad things that happened on our lives. I told him the time when my brother and I were in my dad's four wheeler and how I smashed my face on a stop sign. Derek told me that one time he was walking and crashed on a glass thinking it was open.
I actually like spending time with him. We both started sticking ice cream on our faces. He putted the ice cream on my lips and say "don't worry I will clean it, but instead of getting a napkin he kissed me. I lost myself on a magical world the time I kissed him. His lips were the warmest thing I ever felt in this universe.
Then with the sweetest smile he said "I love you" and I respond back with a "I love you too".
