Rosanna's House

I felt someone shaking me saying " wake up, kyja wake up," I opened one of my eyes and saw Benjamin shaking me, then I yawned, and rubbed my eyes, " what time is it?" I asked, I grabbed out my phone, it said 6:21 A.M "why did you wake me up at six in the morning?" I asked, " because, we have to get to rosanna's house," then I remembered, it was cold, I cot myself shivering, " well, I guess, we better get a move on, then," and with that I got up and dusted myself off, I looked at my phone and got onto the compass app,

we've been walking for 30 minutes, when my phone die's, " Crap" I said, " what?" Benjamin asked, " my phone just  died, and it had a compass on it," I said, " well why don't we just use a real compass, at least those don't die," Benjamin said, " well why didn't you tell me that earlier?" I said, agitated, " well you didn't ask earlier," Benjamin said, so plainly, that's what annoys me, he always acts like its all just one big game, I couldn't help it so I said " why do you act like that?" he just looked at me blankly, then he said " act like what?" he said, sounding a little hurt, but I can't help but answer, saying " like this is all just one big stupid game!" right after I said that I could see hurt in his eyes, now I feel bad, maybe I shouldn't of said that, " i'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that," I said, looking at the ground, " it's fine," Benjamin said, still looking hurt, desperate to change the subject I said " well, only a half an hour left,"

the rest of the way there ether one of us said a word, I could see light's up-ahead, which only meant one thing, a village, at the sight of a village all my hope's were rising, I looked over to see what Benjamin's expressions weer, a little hopeful? maybe, or happy?, definitely hopeful, he looked into my eye's, soon I felt myself blushing, What? why was I blushing?, I don't like him like him, or do I? I thought, shaking the thoughts away, we were much closer to the light's, it was infact, a village, soon we were in the village, there were lot's of people here, lot's of people were staring at us, I've been in a village before, only a city or a town, but here, it was much different, as we were walking, I saw a beggar on the street's, I felt sorry for the person, so I dug around in my purse, trying to find some money to give them, then I heard Benjamin say " what are you doing?" I replied saying " trying to find some money to give that person over there," then I felt my hand brush against a twenty dollar bill, I grabbed it out and gave it to the person, they looked up, and I realized, it was a little boy, about eight or nine, he looked at me with hopeful eyes, I smiled, he said what sounded like " thank you." he said it so quietly that I could hardly hear him, I looked at Benjamin, he was staring at a house, it was huge, and black, probably like something you would see in a horror movie, I stared, my mouth hanging open, then Benjamin said " I think we just found your aunt," we went over to the door, I knocked on the door, as soon as my fist hit the door, a women opened the door, she looked about in her thirty's,"excuse me, but are you Rosanna?" I said, " why yes, yes I am, why don't you come in?" Rosanna said, kindly, " my name is Kyja," I said, " yes, I know that," Rosanna said, what? how could she know what my name is? maybe she is Rosanna, but if she is she'l have to prove it, I thought, we walked in, the house was nicely cared for, unlike the outside, it smelled like cleaner, the curtains were yellow with age, I sat on a golden chair, Benjamin sat on a blue couch, " soo.... how do you know my name?" I said, " don't you remember me?, well I suppose you don't,, you were only three, well I'm you'r aunt Rosanna, and may I ask, why have you come?" Rosanna said, " well, I was hoping you would be able to help us," I said, hoping she would say she doe's, but instead all she said was " ah I see, I new this day would come sooner or later, but unfortunately, it was later, but as I say, better late then never," then Benjamin said " how do we know it's really you?" pointing in Rosanna's direction, " well, how so?" Rosanna said, " how abou- I cut Benjamin off saying " what did you say to me on the phone two year's ago?" " I warned you about the dark queen, and I told you about being a princess,"  Rosanna said, looking satisfied, " well, she's definitely my aunt." I said, but Benjamin didn't look satisfied, so I said " well Benjamin where should we start?" Benjamin looked at me and said " well, we should start from the beginning,"

so we told Rosanna all about me getting kidnapped and about me flying, and every thing that has happened in the last two day's, " well, I think the reason Kyja did that spell without many year's of training, is because she is a princess, and now that Kyja has discovered her ability, you ( Rosanna pointed a finger at me) have much, much more power than you think, and so you are capable of much more than flying, and you must be trained how to use it,"  Rosanna said, I just looked over at Benjamin, he just looked at me blankly, so I said " where will I train at? and who will train me? and how long would it take for me to be trained?" I asked, there are so many questions to be asked, but not enough answers, " hold on, first of all I will train you, and second you will be trained in my basement, and if you train for four hour's every day, then it should take about one to two month's," Rosanna said, a basement? two month's? I thought, " wait, wait, wait, what do you mean you'r basement?" I said, very confused, " well you would have to see my basement to understand," Rosanna said smiling, and with that she left the room, then came back saying " well do you want to see my basement or not?" " oh er.. yes, I guess." I said, as soon as I saw her basement, I gasped, it was as big as a fitness center, except, I have never seen such weird stuff, there was a staff, a strange stick looking thing, but what cot my attention was a very old looking book, Rosanna must have cot me staring because she said " that's not just any old book, it's a very special spell book, with the easiest and hardest and the most complicated spell's, for training, and once you are done training you will be able to master even the most complicated spell's in that book," then Benjamin came over to me and said " well, I don't think we really have two month's, but I think we can spair a month, but no longer," I glared at him, " well, why don't we have two month's? I don't know what the rush is," I said agitated, " beacuse, we have to get back to base!, and they said one month, and one month only!" but I just ignored him, and walked over to Rosanna, and said " so where am I suppose to sleep tonight?" Rosanna looked up from what she was doing, and said " well I guess i'll show you where you can sleep," and with that she started walking up the stairs, I got the message and followed her, I heard Benjamin behind me, I didn't feel like hearing what he had to say, so as soon as I was at the top of the stairs I  speed walked (ran) off in the direction that Rosanna wen't, it wasn't long before I almost ran into Rosanna, she turned around  " well, what's the rush?" Rosanna said, puzzled, " umm... er.. nothing," I said, she just shook her head and said " come with me, i'll show you to you'r room," after a few minutes of walking we arived at a big white door, Rosanna opened the door, ot wasn't the bigest  room i've ever seen, but the room was nice, it had that homey touch to it, it made me feel like I was back at my house, with my family, then memorie's came flooding back, I just shook my head, and walked in, it was worm in the room, unlike the rest of the house, it was cozey, there was a bed in the corner, I ran over to it, and jumped onto it, I haven't had a very comfurtable place to sleep these past few day's, then Rosanna said " well i'll leave you to have a good night's rest, and i'll see to it that benjiman will get a room, well, good night darling," Rosanna smiled, I smiled back and said " good night," and with that she turned off the light, and shut the door, I slumped back onto the bed my eyelids feeling heavy, I curled up and fell asleep.
