                 FRED POV
    "Your in looove." George teased.
I denied it, but it was true. Her frizzy hair and her teeth that were just right (in my opinion) were perfect. Oh, and her eyes, her eyes... They, were magnificent.
They glint in the sunlight like diamonds. All of her was, was... Wow.

" You lie. You have liked Hermione for the past 2 years. Hello? Fred? Are you stuck in your daydream with Hermione and you as her knight in shining armor?"

  "Huh?" I snapped into reality.

" Ya know, Hermy could be yours if you... well, I don't know, ASKED HER?"

" No, she likes Ron. It's obvious."

George sighed.
" Well when your ready, call me up. I am the best wingman," he winked and jogged off , in the process getting detention for running over professor Flitwick.

I am going to ask her out... to the Yule Ball perhaps I thought as I walked down the Great hall. 10 more steps. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5...2. I opened my mouth, then closed it. Dumbledore had interrupted with a speech.

" Attention everyone. This year is going to be very special. We will be holding a special competition with two other schools. The Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and the Durmstrang Institute.

"Bloody hell."

"Ronald!" Hermione scolded him. " Do not use that language around all the first years' ears!"

"Sorry," he mumbled.

I quickly grabbed a seat and continued to "listen" to Dumbledore while I eavesdropped on Ron and Hermione.

  "Mm. This chicken is delicious."

" Ronald! Dumbledore is speaking!!! Please shut your mouth!!"

   "Okay! Bloody..."

   "Don't you dare!"

Back and forth, back and forth. It seemed as though Hermione was always trying to correct Ron. Well, as they say, " If you correct them, you love them". Well, at least I think that's what they say. Oh well, either way, they love each other.

Hermione now was scolding Ron for imitating one of the Slytherins. Harry was trying to contain his laughter. Dumbledore's voice droned on in the background.
