Chapter 1

Leave all overcoats, canes, and top hats with the doorman, from that mome-

     Why does school exist? I thought as I hit my alarm clock with my fist as hard as I could so it would shut-up. But to be honest I love that song so I kept humming it as I fell off my bed to the hall way to the bathroom to take a shower. When I got out I saw it was 6:30 fuck I thought as I tried to find clothes, my mom won't let me drive my car yet and knowing my brother he's probably asleep so he can't drive me so I had ten minutes to find clothes and run to my bus stop. I decided on the first things I found leggings and a tank-top that said wild child (picture at the top). And my black combat boots I looked at my full length mirror for a second and thought cute as my mom yelled "Sophie get out the door!" I ran upstairs and said a bye as I ran out the door.

     I got to the bus stop about fifteen seconds before the bus came, i took my regular seat next to my 'friend' Reese as she started talking about all the boys at school she was talking to, "soph so yesterday at the end of the school day Nick and Jimmy came up to me and i got a picture with them and I'm so happy because......"

     I was not in the mood for her boy talk today see, Reese is friends with the popular people like Nick and Jimmy were as I'm not so popular I'm not a nerd either but in the middle I like to think of myself as a normal teenage girl at school okay grades an okay amount of friends not really getting into trouble or fights but having people that don't like me. and having a boyfriend that I've been dating for just over a month, but at home its a totally different story.

     The only reason i came to school today was because well I don't have a life, so I go to school I actually like it, I love being smart, that way I can become rich with a good job I hope to become a nurse after i graduate at the end of this year.

     As the bus pulled up to the school, i grabbed my book bag and phone, Reese and I got off the bus and walked into hell, she ran off with her real group of friends as she yelled a bye. Great all by myself, that was until a very family girl screamed my name, "Sophia Rae Myers, why didn't you text me back this morning?!?"

"Sorry Alexis, and did you have to use my full name? you know i hate it."

"Yep" She said popping the p, Alexis has beautiful brown wavy hair, and is very pretty but not very lady like but again neither am I, we look very similar because our hair is very close to the same color mines just longer and naturally straight.

"So buddy, hows it going?"

"Pretty good but like my text said, have you heard panic's new song?"

"NO OH MY GOD GIVE ME" I took the other earbud i saw in her ear and she pressed play, when the song ended i was in love " what is that song called i have to download it ?!?"

"It's Emperor's New Clothes" She told me and I reminded myself to by it later, me and her both loved panic at the disco and sang to each other anyways we knew we sounded like idiots.

     Both of our classes were in the same half of the building so we walked over there together but, we went our separate ways when she got to her class room first. I kept walking down the hall do room A33, biology, as i stepped in there I walked to the back and decided to go on my phone i didn't care about this class. I just wanted to go to band class.
