Chapter 5 Am i titanium?

" I am Titanium"  I fell to my knees belting out the last line to titanium in front of Maddy and Frankie.

"Al why haven't you shown mom you singing and don't get me started with you dancing you are amazing, and your not going to believe me when I say this but your as good as Lea (Leona) and Dani." Maddy told me with a serious face.

"See miss Alicia I'm not the only one who thinks you have talent now it's your time to show it to the world." Frankie stated .

"Thanks guys but do you really think I'm as good as them? Just look at Dani she's been dancing for years that's her life and Lea she's perfect, she has a perfect voice....... and boyfriend." I mumbled the lst part. They both nodded and with that we walked out of the auditorium and into the kitchen for a snack.

When we entered the kitchen Leona and Liam were making out on the counter near MY OREO COOKIES!!! I was flabbergasted I didn't know what to do but Maddison was the first to clear her throat breaking the couple a part. That's when Leona looked at me with guilt in her eyes and I knew she wanted to talk to me later.

That night I heard a lite knock on my door Frankie got up letting who ever it was in. Leona was now in the room and Frankie walked out with his pj I guess to change into and give us some space. "Al can we talk?" Leona asked.

"Cant we do it some other time?" I whined.

"Right now please." Leona plead "Look I know your hurt that Liam and I are now dating and you probably hate me right now but I'm really am sorry."

"Are you really sorry Leona? Do you know how I feel right now? The pain I feel when I found out my sister my own flesh and blood is now dating the guy I like, and worst part is I didn't even find out from you I found out by four guys I just met!!! Hearing this felt like you shot me down and I couldn't get up because Leona I'M NOT TITANIUM OR FLAWLESS OR GEORGEOUS OR PRETTY OR TALTENTED LIKE PERFECT YOU!!! And when I first met Liam I thought hey maybe he might like me but you had to ruin it!" By time I finished saying that I was sobbing in my knees, I couldn't even see Leona because my eyes were so blurry.

Leona slowly got up and crouched  next to me on the floor and hugged me. "I am so sorry Al but after you left with Frankie, Liam and I started talking and something clicked next thing I knew we were making out while watching scary movie 3, I didn't mean for it to happen it just did and I cant change or will change what happen." Leona said while standing up giving me one last look and walking out my room.

[ A week later]

A week ago I met one direction and became close to them, a week ago my sister stole the man of my dreams, its a week later and the day I have to perform in front of the school, faculty, teachers, and parents and I am nervous as Hell. Thankfully my music teacher Mrs. Jane made me the very last performance of the night, can I get a thank you Jesus.

With my nerves bothering me Frankie and my other close guy friend Max are trying to calm me down since they already did their performance. Max sang to two songs with his angelic voice and Frankie played a song on guitar and acted a seen from a movie for his second performance.

Time went by to fast before I knew it  was called on stage to do my first performance which the dance to stronger. I got up there and did my all by time I finished I saw everyone was up off their set. I quickly went back stage to get dress into my dress while another act went up by time I made it back stage to go on the other performer was done and I was being push on stage to be the shows big finale.

We I made it to the middle of the stage all the lights went off and only a spot light was on me my gown fitted me perfectly as I started walking around singing titanium with all my heart and might. As practiced I went back to the middle of the stage and belted the last line of the song slowly falling to my knees.

We I was finished the crowd went wild they wouldn't stop clapping and right then and there I finally did felt strong and powerful I felt titanium. As I was bowing everyone else for tonight's show came up to bow too. Max and Frankie looked over at me very proud Max even started to walk over to me with a serious look on his face that's when he put his hands on my each side of my face and kissed me. I was shocked but I couldn't help to kiss him back it was the best night ever.
