3. Phan

So, if your a potato or didn't read the title of this book, 'Phan' is dan and phils ship name. A ship is when you want two people to be in a relationship. It can be a friendship, or boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. An OTP stands for 'one true pairing' which is the 2 people that you ship the most, and think they're in a secret relationship etc. Personally, Phan is my OTP, though I do ship troyler, hangrid and more. The 2 people you ship don't necessarily have to be in a relationship. Hangrid is real (ingrid and hannah). Dan and phil claim that phan 'isnt real' but we all know that they're telling lies ;). The best phan proof the phandom has is probably the first phil is not on fire, which at the end phil tackles dan to the ground after he says 'this was the most fun I've ever had' which made the phandom explode. The worst time for the phandom was definately 2012. Dan used to have breakdowns over phan because everyone kept asking him if phan was real or if he was gay, etc. He obviously denied it but he was a lot more angrier about it than he is now. It was more dan than phil who denied it though. Now they accept phan but they still say that they're straight (no homo howell).
