Joy quickly looked around the memory dump, not believing she was there. "No." She told herself. "This can't be." She tried her best to doubt it, but she couldn't. She looked up above her and saw Sadness looking down at her. "Sadness!" She shouted. "Go on to headquarters without me!" Sadness nodded as she went on. Joy just looked down at the faded memories. "Remember the times when you stuck your tongue out when coloring?" She asked, holding the memory. Tears started to form into her eyes. She grabbed the bag of core memories and looked at a pile behind her. She took a deep breath and ran up the pile. A memory that she grabbed had faded and she fell down. "Ow." She said, sitting up. She rubbed her arm and stood all the way up. Tears started to form in her eyes. "Is this really it?" She asked herself. "Will I really never see the others again?" She attempted to climb again, but got the same result. She sat down in the pile of memories and looked at her hands. They were starting to fade. "No" she said. She grabbed the bag of core memories and looked inside. They were starting to fade as well. She held the core memories close to her heart. "I just wanted Riley to be happy." She said, feeling both her arms fade away. "And now." She didn't have time to finish, instead, the rest of her body faded away into nothingness.
