Our Love Will Last(Chloe Lukasiak)

Chapter 6

Chloe's P.O.V.

The rest of day all I could think about was, why Josh did what he did? It was something I wouldn't expect him to do, it just shocked me. I just wasn't expecting that.
After school I tried to talk to him but all did was walk away from me.

Walking through the front doors of the school, looking for my mothers car. I know it's weird I don't drive yet...but I'm only fifteen I'll get my licenses when I'm sixteen. Just the thought of driving myself is quite excited but also scary.

Someone shouting my name caused me to come out of my thoughts,"Chloe!" I turned around and saw that it was Jamie and her 'group', they're all stuck up. With all their money and nice things. That's why they don't like me, because I have money and nice things, and because of all the videos and movies I did. They're jealous of my fame.

I just wanted to keep walking but something just made me stand their, I wasn't gonna let them get the best of me. Not today at least.

"Wow, I'm surprised you didn't run away like you always do," One of Jamie's little minions said giggling, causing the other to also laugh.

I didn't reply I just stood there, rolling my eyes. That wasn't even that clever.

They just kept laughing at the not so funny joke, I could also hear a few of them say "She didn't even say anything back" "She's just standing there", public school is so terrible. I wish I was homeschooled.

I'm not gonna just stand here watching them laugh over something so stupid. I turned around started to walk away. When they realized I was walking away, they stopped laughing and started yelling things and walking behind me.

"Come one Lukasiak, it was just a joke. No need to be upset over it," I hard Jamie yell over everyone else. I'm not upset. It wasn't a thing to be upset about. It was nothing.

I then stopped walking and turned around so I was facing them,"I am not upset about that little 'joke'," I said turning my head to the side and saw my mothers car," Now if you don't mind but I got to go, my rides here. Have a nice day. See you tomorrow," I said turning away and walked over to my moms car. I didn't hear any of them say anything back, I guess they had nothing to say. That's a first.

"Hey honey, how was you day," my mom asked, pulling out the parking lot.

"Good, nothing really happened today," I said smiling towards my mom. But really a lot has happened, that thing with Josh, I don't know what to call it...just a thing, and that thing with Jamie a few minutes ago. Besides that nothing really happened.

"Well that's good. Now listen we're going to New York, for an interview," My mom said happy. A sudden burst of joy just bursted in me. I haven't done one in awhile. So it's exciting, but I'm also a little nervous. But it's ok to be a little nervous. Everyone gets nervous.

"That's exciting. When are we leaving?" I asked still full of joy.

"Tonight, we'll be there for only tonight, after the interview we'll be going home," she said still excited.

"Tonight?" I asked confused.

"Yep, so don't worry about dong your homework, I mean like you can do it if you want, I but you don't have to," she said still smiling, shrugging her shoulders.

"Ok," is all I could say. Wait else's could I say about that?

We pulled into the drive way, once we were stopped I jumped out the car, running inside the house up to my room.

I threw my bag onto the floor, and got a suitcase from my closet and put it on my bed, opened. I searched my closet for my nicer clothes, then threw in some other needed items.

Once I was finished packing I turned and saw my school bag on the floor, just staring at it made me realize I should do it, so I don't have to do it later. Grabbing it and walking over to my desk, pulling it all out and starting to do it. I hate homework.

After I was done, I decided to go see what was for dinner. I walked into the kitchen and saw my mom making something. She turns around and sees me.

"Oh Chloe I was just about to call you, dinner is done," she said, handing me a plate. I thank her and walk over to the table, sitting next to Clara. Then my mom came and sat down across the table, next to my dad.

We were all eating in silence, until mom ruined it.

"Are you all packed, and ready to go?," she asked, taking another bite.

"Yep," I said back.

"Ok we will be leaving after dinner, so make sure you ready to go," she said.

"Ok."

After dinner I went up to my room and made sure I had everything I need. I do.

Carrying my bag down the stairs, setting it down by the front door. Walking in the living room, hugging my dad and Clara goodbye. Then we left.

Arriving at the airport, I got my bag out of the back, and walking in, with my mom by my side.

Going through security, waiting a while to board the airplane.

Once they finally let us on the plane, we got to our seats.

"I call the window seat!," I shouted, since my mom was in front of me.

What? I enjoy the window seat!...even though it's dark...but still!

"Ok, I won't fight you for it. It's all yours," my mom stopped walking, and let me in first.

Once we all were seated, ready to go, the captain started speaking.

"All right everybody, we are on our way to New York City."

Well...here we go...another adventure...

It was kinda boring but at least I updated!

A lot will start happening ;)
