I got home after school and me and my dad went to the mall.Mum was at work and Vanessa was at sleepover so I went with dad.
"So what's new in school" my dad asked.
How do I say this?
"Well...Parker's back"
"That Parker who broke my little girl's heart!!?"
"Yes. And dad,'little girl',really?"
"Yes.So what happend with Parker?"
"Well there was a fight.Parker picked on Raini so I defended her.I kicked his ass-"
My dad laughed and I continued.
"...so I was kicking him and then Ross stopped me-"
My dad interupted me.
"Wow,wow who's Ross?"
"Let me finish!"
"Sorry honey,continue."
"...so I was kicking him and Ross stopped me and Parker throwed a fist punch at me-"
"HE WHAT!!??"
"Just let me finish!!"
He mouthed 'sorry' and signaled me to go on.
"So as I was saying,he was about to punch me but Ross stopped him so he kinda saved me,Ross is a new kid at our school and he's a...well he's my friend."
"I need to send him flowers for defending you"
"Dad!"
"Sorry but I thought you're not letting your guard down?"
"Remember we're friends,we're not getting married.Why do I always have to repeat that!?"
My dad laughed.
"Okay whatever you say"
"Thank you"
"Wanna go for ice-cream?"
"Ice-cream!!" I cheered like a little kid.
"See,you're still a little girl" my dad said and smiled.
"I'll always be a little girl I just learned how to act in public."
"Sure you did" my dad said sarcasticly.
I elbowed him. "Zip it!"
Ross's POV
I can't wait to see Laura tommorow,I have really fallen for her.I decided that I want to know more.I need to know more.
