A brown flash speed by with a smaller tan flash fallowing it. The brown horse stopped letting the filly catch up. "Miranda listen to me. Hide under this log until you hear me whinny. If I don't whinny by sun high. Wait to the middle of the day, then run to the creek. Cross the river then keep running." The brown mustang said. "But how will you find me if I don't hear you?" The filly question. "Just do what I said." He neighed. Miranda sighed. The log was slanted so their was enough room for The little filly to fit under. "Don't make a sound." The mustang ordered before galloping off. Miranda waited for a while before she heard footsteps from horses. Men were on them as they looked around. "Wear'd they go?" One man said. "This way." A man with dark brown hair said. He galloped off with the other fallowing. A few minutes later Miranda heard her fathers cries. She ran to see him being taken away by the men with ropes, like her mother. She still remembered her mother. Her white fur, her blue eyes. Even her human form. Miranda did what her father told her. She ran to the creek and crossed it. Her pelt now wet with freezing water. She kept running until she stopped and realized something. She was all alone, and didn't know where she was or where she was going.
