Chapter 8. Desiree's POV🌟

"What to wear, what to wear hmm." I was in my closet choosing what to wear. I grab my phone and dial Beatrice's number.

Before the second ring she picked up the phone." Hey what's up chika!" She yelled." Hey Beatrice I need your help on what to wear to the bonfire." I asked nervously.

" Got a hot date Desiree?" She cooed." Well yes his name is Josh and he is super hot that I practically melt around him!" 'It felt nice to get it out of my chest' I thought.

"Well I'll be there in five minutes be prepared to tell me everything got it?" She asked." Do I have a choice?" I questioned, though already knowing the answer." Nope" she said then ending the call.

20 minutes later after telling her everything about him, we were choosing my clothes. In the end she choose a bright blue tank top with navy blue skinny jeans with a purple sweater.and gray vans.

My hair was straightened with a clip holding my hair back on my left side. Just a little bit of mascara and light blue eye shadow, with a little blush made me look perfect.

"Thank you Beatrice I look awesome!" I exclaimed. "Your welcome text me, and Alice about it okay?" "Of course I got to go now and thanks again." 'I looked hot!' I thought looking once again in the mirror.

"No problem remember to to text me." Then she closed the door behind her.

I got my purse and keys and left my house. My parents were at work. I got in my small jeep my parents got me for my birthday a couple days ago.

I got in ,turned on the air conditioner, and cranked up the music. The song 'daylight' was on by Maroon 5. My favorite song!" And when the daylight comes I'll have to go..." I sang the lyrics all the way there.
