3rd pony POV:
As Pinkie Pie walked into Ponyville she saw a beautiful rainbow trail through the sky. She was just returning from her normal day of deliveries, and she was exhausted. However, when she saw a new pony she couldn't help herself. She LOVED new ponies, so she decided to walk right over to her. She had beautiful rainbow colored hair, with warm magenta eyes. She was cyan and had wings neatly folded onto her back. Why did this tug at a faint memory? Celestia only knows. She felt like this cyan Pegasus was familiar. As Pinkie Pie neared her, the Pegasus finally looked over towards her. Pinkie Pie said "Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie! You must be new to Ponyville, because I haven't seen you before, and if I haven't seen you before, then I need to throw you a party!" The Pegasus blinked in surprise before saying:
"Um, thanks but no thanks, you don't need to throw me a party..."
"Of course I do! I throw everybody who's new in Ponyville a party!"
"Well...," She scratched the back of her head, "if you insist. Anyway, do you know where I can get a cupcake or something? I kinda got a sweet tooth right now."Rainbow Dash's POV:
Pinkie Pie's face lit up like light bulb as she said "follow me!" The pink pony raced off and the Pegasus had no choice but to follow. She finally caught up- that pink pony was fast! "Where...are we...going?" She panted out between gasps of air.
"Sugarcube Corner! It's the bakery that I live in with Mr. and Mrs. Cake." Pinkie explained then said "you still haven't told me your name."
"Rainbow Dash."
"Nice to meet ya, Dashie!" Rainbow Dash was surprised. No one's ever called me Dashie before... Or have they? Her mind tugged at a memory that seemed distant.Pinkie Pie's POV:
I don't know why I said Dashie, it just slipped out of my mouth like I had said it many times before. Maybe you know her. My brain whispered to me. Impossible! I thought back to it. I would know if I knew her. Yet she did seem kinda familiar. I was yanked from my train of thought when I accidentally slammed right into a pole and fell to the ground. Dashie skidded to a halt before running back towards me. There I go again, saying Dashie. I could barely make out what she was saying. It sounded like "Are you okay?" I laughed weakly and said "yeah I'm fine, I should've looked where I was going." She laughed back and nosed me back up on my hooves gently. She offered to carry me and I blushed as she picked me up easily and hovered in the air. "You're going to have to tell me where to go since you can't walk." I said okay and she began flying just above the ground and I watched her tail as it flapped in the wind. I said to turn left and she did and then we took another right until finally we were there. She put me down and said I could lean on her. I did and we walked into the shop. It was mostly empty and I went behind the counter as she walked up. I giggled and said "what can I get you?" She smiled, "um...get me your favorite." She suggested. I returned back with a triple chocolate cupcake balanced on my head. I let her take it off and she said "wow you must be experienced." I shrugged, accidentally touching her shoulder as I did that. I jolted as I felt like lightning was going through me. My whole body was sparking and so was hers. But it was just for a second. We raised our eyebrows and looked into each other's eyes, both thinking what had happened. Then she said "you wanna hang out sometime?" My eyes lit up and I said "sure!"
