The two most conflicting colors could only ever go together in one place – the sky. And only eve at one time of the night too – sunset. That's when everything comes together, day and night, light and dark, sun and stars, orange and blue. With only the sea to reflect the all encompassing shades, the sky looked alive. Like an imitation of a blush, orange laid across the nose of the blue sky, and above the button mushroom of a sun to show the sweetness of Friday's crepuscule.
The sky was a sweet thing, all pastel shades and cute little blushes. Like a young five-year-old child, getting a compliment on something they pride themselves on. They're shy, and very polite about it, and they make sure to continue to show it off to you because they know you'll appreciate it. That's the sky, every night it gives you a new display of its finest work for you to admire and compliment it on.
What could I tell the sky today?
Your blue is the perfect reflection of the shade of a clear ocean, your orange is the delicate petals of a tiger lily, your sun is the brightest spot of hope in the world, and you weave them all in together to make the perfect new coat for the world. Blended seamlessly like a watercolor painting, the colors meld and cast their luminous light onto the world.
Sky, you have made a work of priceless art yet again, thank you.
